Nouvelle enveloppe prépayée à Singapour

A new Prepaid Enveloppe in Singapore

On July 7, 2010, the Singapore Post has issued a new Postage Prepaid Envelope (PPE) valid for standard domestic letters up to 20g (1st Local, currently 26c).
The pre-printed stamp is featuring a starfish and the whole design of this envelope makes us want to go on holiday near the sea !
Thank you very much Terence for this cover below mailed on the first day of issue :-)
To note that the FDC cancellation (offered to the public in 11 postal outlets in the country), top left, has curiously not been applied on the stamp ??

This new prepaid enveloppe is sold in packs of 10 at $ 3.50 (or 40c the unit).
Terence has completed his postage with two stamps at 40c part of the definitive series issued in 2001 (9 stamps) devoted to aquarium tropical fish, a Rainbow Butterflyfish (Chaetodon trifasciatus) here.
Fyi, the postage rate of this letter ($ 1.06) is not sufficient for standard mail up to 20g from Singapore to Europe, part of Zone 3 (currently $ 1.10)... whew, this letter has reached my mailbox without any problem :-)
Finally, to note that a previous prepaid enveloppe devoted to the same theme ("Seashore") with a stamp depicting a shell, had been issued some years ago...

Oh, didn't know why Singpost did not cancel the starfish on the top right...I sent back a few to myself and with the starfish cancelled with wavy lines.
