Timbre EUROPA 2013 du Haut-Karabagh

EUROPA 2013 stamp from Nagorno-Karabakh

It's not usual but the postal administration of Nagorno-Karabakh ("Artsakh Post") has issued only one EUROPA stamp this year, on July 19, 2013 precisely.
As a reminder, the stamps issued by this self-proclaimed Republic mainly populated by Armenians, are not recognized either by the UPU nor by the European postal organization PostEurop that organizes (since 1993) these EUROPA issues each year.
I was lucky (and surprised !) to receive the official FDC below, designed by David Dovlatyan, regarding that stamp. Thank you very much Sergey :-)
To note the airmail sticker including a part of the flag of this republic on the right.

To note that the FDC postmark includes several mentions in English and Armenian (EUROPA, First Day, Republic of Mountainous Karabakh) but the city of the place of issue, Stepanakert (the capital) is only written in Armenian...
To illustrate the theme EUROPA in 2013, "Postal vehicles", that stamp (500 Drams) features a postal van being currently used for the mail delivery on this territory, with the logo of the Artsakh Post.
That same logo appears in the corner of the top left margin of the sheet of 6 stamps + 1 vignette from which this stamp was extracted.
It's worth noting that this stamp was also issued in a souvenir sheet of 4 stamps.
The right side of that stamp depicts the sculpture "We are our mountains" (or "Grandma and Grandpa"), located since 1967 in the north of the capital, Stepanakert.
This monument in red tufa, featuring the busts of two peasants with stylized faces, has become the symbol of Nagorno-Karabakh and evokes the union of its inhabitants with their mountains...
