Olympics, coffee and rice alcohol - 1st cover from Laos !

A big thank you Edna for allowing me, through this beautiful letter, to add a new country to my collection : Laos or Lao People's Democratic Republic !
This cover was mailed on September 25, 2013 (my birthday !) from the capital of this landlocked country of Southeast Asia, Vientiane.
The stamp in the upper left (3,000 Kip) is part of a series of three stamps issued in 2008 dedicated to the Lao coffee. Coffee's culture was introduced in the country during the French colonial times and is mainly produced on the Bolaven Plateau in the south.

The other stamp in the lower left (2,000 Kip) is part of another set of three stamps, issued on August 11, 2009, devoted to the production of traditional rice alcohol ("lao hai").
This drink, sometimes called "rice wine", produced also in northern Thailand, is obtained by fermentation of rice in large jars.
Finally, Edna used above the complete series (4 stamps) issued in 2000 at the occasion of the Summer Olympic Games in Sydney.
The logo of these games as well as concentric circles bearing the Olympic colors are included on each of the stamps dedicated to different Olympic sports (cycling, boxing, taekwondo and canoeing).
At these Games in Sydney, the Lao delegation was composed of only three athletes competing in two sports (athletics and swimming).
Since its first participation in the Games in Moscow in 1980, Laos has never won any single Olympic medal...
