70th anniversary of United Nations in Algeria

After Moldova, Russia, Tunisia and Belarus, it is the turn of Algeria to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations (UN) with a special stamp issued on October 24, 2015, 70 years to the day after the ratification in San Francisco of the Charter of the United Nations, on October 24, 1945, by the five permanent members of the Security Council and the majority of the 50 signatory countries.
Thank you very much Ahmed for this cover sent by registered mail on November 14, 2015 from the city of Oran, franked with that stamp (25 dinars) !

Like many other postal administrations, the Algerian Post chose to feature on that stamp the official logo of this UN 70th anniversary, the number "70" (with the United Nations emblem inside the "0") associated with the slogan "Strong UN. Better World.", in Arabic here.
Except for the term "Algérie", this stamp does not mention anything else in French, as it is nevertheless the case most of the time...
To note that Algeria is a member of the United Nations since October 8, 1962, a few months after its independence.

12 other identical stamps were used on the other side of this envelope above.
This definitive stamp (25 dinars, design : Ali Kerbouche), issued on January 4, 2015, depicts the Fort of Bordj El Kiffan (called "Fort-de-l'Eau" in French), a town situated in the east of the wilaya of Algiers.
The construction of this fort started in 1556 (completed in 1581) at the top of a rock under the reign of Mohamed Pasha Takarli, in order to better supervise the entrance to the Bay of Algiers and to prevent possible attempts of invasion.
