Traditional falconry in Kyrgyzstan

I've already written on this blog about this very nice series of three stamps issued on May 14, 2015 by the "Kyrgyz Express Post" (KEP), the second designated postal operator (the other one being the Kyrgyz Post) of Kyrgyzstan, devoted to "Salbuurun", the name of this ancient tradition of falconry in this small Central Asian country.
Two of these stamps (75 soms each) were used to frank this cover sent from Bishkek on January 21, 2016.

The two beautiful stamps above (designed by Moldovan artist Vladimir Melnic) respectively feature an eagle pouncing on prey from the hand of a hunter and a hawk catching a prey (a hare).
The black cachet at the top left, featuring the inevitable Eiffel Tower, was specially designed by the KEP at the occasion of the 69th "Salon Philatélique d'Automne" held in Paris from 5 to 8 November 2015.
KEP (founded in 2012) participated for the first time at this philatelic event in France.
