"PHILATAIPEI 2016" ATM stamp on cover from Taiwan

Vignette de distributeur "PHILATAIPEI 2016" sur lettre de Taïwan

A l'occasion de l'exposition philatélique PHILATAIPEI 2016 (World Stamp Championship Exhibition) organisée à Taipei du 21 au 26 octobre 2016 (année 105 à Taïwan), la Chunghwa Post a mis en circulation le 21 octobre 2016, un nouveau timbre de distributeur représentant une espèce d'oiseau endémique protégée, la pirolle de Taïwan (Urocissa Caerulea), également appelée "la demoiselle des montagnes à longue queue" sur cette île.
C'est cette vignette (valeur : 17 NT$ correspondant à un envoi de moins de 10g vers l'Europe) qui figure sur le joli pli Premier Jour ci-dessous, avec TAD (noir) spécial du bureau de poste temporaire lors de cette exposition. Merci beaucoup George !
On the occasion of the PHILATAIPEI 2016 (World Stamp Championship Exhibition) philatelic exhibition held in Taipei from 21 to 26 October 2016 (the year 105 in Taiwan), the Chunghwa Post put into circulation on October 21, 2016 a new ATM stamp featuring a species of protected endemic bird, the Taiwan Blue Magpie (Urocissa Caerulea), also called "long-tailed mountain lady" on this island.
It is that ATM stamp (value : NT $ 17 corresponding to a shipment up to 10g to Europe) which appears on the nice First Day Cover below, with a special (black) postmark of the temporary post office during this exhibition. Thank you very much George !


A noter que ce même TAD, avec des caractères chinois, était également proposé au public, ainsi que cet intéressant cachet violet (timbre et pigeon) à gauche, mentionnant cette exposition PHILATAIPEI 2016.
Cette vignette n° BMS0549 a été éditée par une machine (077 en haut à droite) située dans le bureau postal de Taipei Shihlin.
1300000 vignettes (conception : Xu Wei) ont été mises en circulation (1300 rouleaux composés de 1000 vignettes chacun) et imprimées en France par Cartor Security Printing.
A noter enfin que 8 machines (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 100 et 120) étaient installées lors de cette manifestation, chacune délivrant des vignettes imprimées en 4 couleurs (noir, bleu, vert ou rouge) en fonction des jours.
Note that this same postmark, with Chinese characters, was also offered to the public, as well as this interesting purple cachet (stamp and pigeon) on the left, mentioning this exhibition PHILATAIPEI 2016.
This ATM stamp no. BMS0549 was edited by a machine (077 at the top right) located in the Taipei Shihlin post office.
1,300,000 labels (design : Xu Wei) have been put into circulation (1,300 rolls composed of 1,000 labels each) and printed in France by Cartor Security Printing.
Finally, eight machines (100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 100 and 120) were installed during this stamp exhibition, each delivering ATM stamps printed in 4 colors (black, blue, green or red) depending of the days.
