Stamps of the 3rd part of the "Haunted Canada" set on cover from Toronto

After the first 2 parts (5 stamps each) issued in 2014 and 2015, the Canadian Post put into circulation on September 8, 2016, the third and final part of its series entitled "Haunted Canada", a "spine-tingling" series evoking various ghost stories recounted by Canadians in several parts of the country...
Three stamps from this series were used on the pretty cover below sent on December 11, 2016 from the first post office of the City of Toronto. Thank you very much Tristan !
The two postmarks refer to this first post office, built in 1833 when the city of Toronto did not yet exist (founded in 1834) and was called York.
These 5 stamps (domestic rate up to 30g, currently $ 0.85), issued in a booklet of 10 self-adhesive stamps (2 of each) as well as in a souvenir sheet (gummed version), have been printed with an holographic foil !

Some elements as well as the mention "Haunted Canada" (in French and English) are printed on each stamp (illustrations by Sam Weber) with this holographic foil.
The first stamp on the left evokes the Hag of Bell Island (Newfoundland and Labrador), a beautiful girl who frightens and lures her victims into a swamp before turning into a disgusting old witch.
The stamp in the center is about the story of the Phantom Bell Ringers of Charlottetown (Prince Edward Island), in reference to the day when the bell of the Kirk of St. James Church rang when there was no one in the neighborhood, with the exception of 4 women dressed in surreal white.
These bell ringers would have announced the tragic fate of 4 women who drowned that day during the sinking of the Fairy Queen in 1853...
The last stamp is devoted to the Lady in White of  Montmorency Falls (Quebec), the ghost of the future bride Mathilde Robin, who threw herself from the top of the fall to the announcement of the death of her fiancé during the battle of Montmorency in 1759.
