"Happy New Year!" stamp set on FDC from Kyrgyzstan (KEP)

The Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP), the second designated postal operator of Kyrgyzstan (the other one being the Kyrgyz Post), has devoted its first issue of the year (2 stamps issued on February 3, 2017) to New Year festivities in the Western and Asian tradition in particular.
These two stamps, designed by Vitaliu Pogolşa and printed in Moldova by Nova Imprim (with a partial gloss finish), were each issued in a minisheet consisting of 5 stamps and 1 label.
Vitaliu Pogolşa also designed the FDC envelope as well as the First Day cancellation.
A big thank you Iana for having sent me this registered official FDC below (print run : 500) with cancellations from Bishkek, regarding this complete set !

The KGS 50.00 stamp (print run : 5,000) evokes the Christmas tradition, with a decorated Christmas tree and Santa's sleigh filled with gifts.
The other stamp (KGS 100.00, print run : 8,000), in two copies above, is devoted to the New Year of the Fire Rooster according to the Chinese Lunar Calendar, started on January 28, 2017.
The Kyrgyz Express Post is thus added to the long list of postal administrations dedicating every year some series of stamps to this new Chinese year...
A proud red rooster is also represented on the left on this envelope, with the words "Happy New Year!" in Kyrgyz, Chinese and English.

Above the two minisheets in which these stamps were issued, with labels respectively featuring the top of the Christmas tree and the head of the rooster (with the mention "Year of the Rooster" in Chinese).
To note this elliptical notch on the vertical perforations of these two stamps as well as the mentions "Happy New Year!" in Russian, Kyrgyz and English in the margins of these minisheets, also in French on the sheet on the left and in Chinese on the other one.
