EUROPA 2017 (Castles) sheetlet on cover from Belarus

Merci beaucoup Alexander !
On April 20, 2017, the Post of Belarus issued two EUROPA stamps having "castles" for topic this year, in particular devoted to the Palace Complex of the Sapiehas in Ruzhany and the Palace of the Rumyantsevs and the Paskeviches in Gomel.
These two stamps, designed by Yelena Medved from original drawings by Tatyana Dolskaya, were each printed in a sheet of 8 stamps (print run : 80,000 for each stamp) as well as in a sheetlet (print run : 15,000) composed of 4 stamps (2 stamps of each).
It is this pretty sheetlet, including the mentions "Castles" (in English and Belarusian) and the EUROPA logo in the upper margin, which was used to frank the letter below, sent by registered mail on April 23, 2017 from Minsk. Thank you very much Alexander!

The Palace Complex of the Sapiehas in Ruzhany (south-western part of the country) is featured on the stamp with the permanent tariff 'H' (1.38 BYN - surface tariff of a letter up to 20g abroad). This palace was built at the beginning of the 17th century by the Great Chancellor of Lithuania, Lew Sapieha, before being destroyed in 1700 during the Lithuanian Civil War. It was partially rebuilt in the 1770s in a classical style, surrounded by an English park.
A fire destroyed it partly during World War I and then falls into ruins following other destructions during World War II.
In 2008, excavations and restoration works were undertaken, the monumental porch and the adjoining wings being finished in 2012. It is this part of the palace that is represented on that stamp.
The main body of the palace (you can see the facade through the porch on the stamp) still has to be restored.

Alexander also sent me the cover above, franked with the same two stamps extracted this time from their sheets.
The other stamp of this series (permanent tariff 'P', 1.56 BYN - air-mail tariff of a letter up to 20g abroad) shows one of the main monuments of the city of Gomel (south-east of the country ), the Palace of the Rumyantsevs and the Paskeviches, named after the two Russian Empire Field Marshals, Pyotr Rumyantsev and Ivan Paskevich, successive owners of this residence, from 1777 (beginning of the construction) and then from 1834.
This Palace was nationalized during the Russian Revolution of 1917 before suffering significant damage during the Russian Civil War and then World War II.
Restored, it now houses a museum as well as different exhibition and reception rooms.
The sheetlet is interesting because it includes in the margins other older views of these two palaces, before these restorations.
