"Installation of the 15th Yang di-Pertuan Agong" stamp set on FDC from Malaysia

As a reminder, Malaysia is a Federation composed of 13 states and three federal territories. It is also a constitutional monarchy whose head of state is a monarch, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong ("supreme ruler" in Malay), more commonly known as the King of Malaysia.
His particularity is to be one of the few elected monarchs (for a 5 years-term) in the world. He is elected among the nine hereditary sultans of the Malay States (the other 4 states, led by Governors, do not participate in this election).
Its role is mainly honorific, the executive power being held by the Prime Minister.
On December 13, 2016, the Sultan of the state of Kelantan (since 2010), Muhammad V (born in 1969), became the 15th Yang di-Pertuan Agong since the independence of Malaysia in 1957.

On the day of his installation, on April 24, 2017, the Malaysian Post has put into circulation a series (1 stamp + 1 souvenir sheet) in honor of this new King.
This series appears on this interesting official FDC above, with cancellations from Kuala Lumpur (with the mention "Dirgahayu Tuanku" ou "Long live the King"), the Malaysian capital where the royal residence (Istana Negara) is located. Thank you very much Khor!
The official portrait of the new Yang di-Pertuan Agong is reproduced on the stamp (60 sen, print run : 200,000) entitled "The King as the Head of the Nation", while the souvenir sheet (RM 5, print run : 30,000) was designed from a photograph showing Muhammad V when he took up his post on December 14, 2016 in the throne room (Balairong Seri) of the palace of Istana Negara.
At this ceremony, Muhammad V was sworn in and signed his proclamation act (letter read by Prime Minister Najib Razak).
To note finally the signature (on the left) on this envelope of the designer (I suppose ?) of this series.
