"International Botanical Congress 2017" stamp set on FDC from Kyrgyzstan (KEP)

The 19th edition of the International Botanical Congress (IBC), authorized by the International Association of Botanical and Mycological Societies (IABMS), was held for the first time in China (in Shenzhen, near Hong Kong) from July 23 to 29, 2017.
This Congress, organized every 6 years (the 1st edition took place in Paris in 1900), is the largest international conference in the fields related to plant sciences (mycology, ecology, agriculture, horticulture, systematics...).
Curiously, the Chinese Post did not issue any stamps devoted to this Congress, which is not the case with the Kyrgyz Express Post with a splendid series of two stamps, put into circulation on July 7, 2017, depicting two species of particularly appreciated flowers in China, peony and chrysanthemum.

These two stamps (50 and 100 KGS), designed by Anastasia Pariniuc from drawings by Ivanka Costru, were used to frank the cover above sent by registered mail on August 8, 2017 from Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
To note this vignette with the slogan "Make Philately Great Again", I love it!
These two stamps (print run: 5,000 each) were printed in Moldova (by Nova Imprim) each in a sheetlet composed of 5 stamps + 1 coupon.
Chrysanthemum, particularly the gongju, hangju or hangbaiju varieties, is a symbol of longevity in China, while peony, especially the species Paeonia suffruticosa, is a symbol of the city of Luoyang and is considered unofficially as one of the Chinese national flowers.

I was lucky enough to receive the beautiful official FDC above (print run: 400, selling price: 210 KGS) regarding this series, with these same flowers on the illustration to the left.
The FDC cancellation, designed by Ivanka Costru, is featuring a peony flower.
Below are the two sheetlets in which these two stamps were printed, with the mention "19th International Botanical Congress in Shenzhen (PRC)" in the margins, in Kyrgyz, Russian, Chinese and English and, as usual, one QR code at the bottom right, allowing to connect directly to the "Kyrgyz Express Post" website.
The 20th edition of this International Botanical Congress will take place in 2023 for the first time in Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro.
