Russia-Belarus-Kazakhstan joint stamp issue : 25 years of Interstate Television and Radio MIR

Émission commune Russie-Belarus-Kazakhstan : 25 ans de la TV et radio MIR

Le 9 octobre 1992, 10 états membres de la Communauté des États Indépendants (CEI) représentant des anciennes républiques de l'URSS, ont signé à Bichkek un accord sur la création de l'entreprise interétatique de TV et Radio (ITRC) MIR, destinée à couvrir la coopération politique, économique et humanitaire entre ces pays mais surtout à créer un espace médiatique commun et à promouvoir l'échange international d'informations.
Ayant son siège à Moscou, MIR diffuse aujourd'hui (24h sur 24h) en russe (TV, radio) dans quatre fuseaux horaires et dans 23 pays à travers le monde, principalement dans les pays de l'ex-URSS.
Le 31 octobre 2017, les 3 administrations postales de Russie, Belarus et Kazakhstan ont mis en circulation un timbre commun consacré au 25ème anniversaire de la création de MIR.
On October 9, 1992, 10 member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) representing former republics of the USSR, signed in Bishkek an agreement on the creation of the Interstate TV and Radio Company (ITRC) MIR, intended to cover political, economic and humanitarian cooperation between these countries, but above all to create a common media space and to promote the international exchange of information.
Headquartered in Moscow, MIR broadcasts today (24 hours a day) in Russian (TV, radio) in four time zones and in 23 countries around the world, mainly in the countries of the former USSR.
On October 31, 2017, the three postal administrations of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan issued a joint stamp dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the creation of MIR.


La poste russe a émis un timbre autocollant de format carré (27 roubles, conception : E. Plotnikova, tirage : 225000), imprimé en feuillet de 9 timbres, représentant simplement le logo de cette compagnie MIR sur un fond vert et bleu.
Ce timbre figure en 2 exemplaires sur la lettre ci-dessus envoyée le 9 novembre 2017 de Saint-Petersbourg. Merci beaucoup Youri !
The Russian Post issued a square format self-adhesive stamp (27 rubles, design: E. Plotnikova, print run: 225,000), printed in a sheetlet of 9 stamps, simply featuring the logo of this company MIR on a green and blue background.
This stamp is present in two copies on the cover above sent on November 9, 2017 from St. Petersburg. Thank you very much Yuri!


Le timbre émis par la poste du Belarus (tarif permanent "A" - tarif domestique jusqu'à 20g - 0,42 BYN), semblable à celui émis par le Kazakhstan, est différent du timbre russe, représentant le logo officiel des 25 ans de cette compagnie MIR.
Ce timbre du Belarus (conception : Marina Vitkovskaya, tirage : 56000), imprimé en feuillet de 8 timbres avec marge centrale illustrée, a été utilisé pour affranchir la lettre ci-dessus envoyée de Minsk le 27 novembre 2017. Merci beaucoup Alexander !
Les 3 autres timbres autocollants non dentelés ci-dessus (5 kop., 10 kop., 1 rouble) font partie de la 16ème série courante (12 timbres avec valeurs de 1 kopeck à 20 roubles) mise en circulation le 6 juillet 2016, représentant les armoiries du pays.
The stamp issued by the Belarus Post (permanent rate "A" - domestic tariff up to 20g - BYN 0.42), similar to the one issued by Kazakhstan, is different from the Russian stamp, representing the official 25-year logo of this company MIR.
This stamp from Belarus (design: Marina Vitkovskaya, print run: 56,000), printed in a sheetlet of 8 stamps with illustrated central margin, was used to frank the letter above sent from Minsk on November 27, 2017. Thank you very much Alexander!
The other 3 unperforated self-adhesive stamps above (5 kop., 10 kop., 1 ruble) are part of the 16th definitive series (12 stamps with nominal values from 1 kopeck to 20 rubles) put into circulation on July 6, 2016, featuring the coat of arms of the country.
