Sepac 2016 and 2017 stamps on cover from Luxembourg

Timbres Sepac 2016 et 2017 sur lettre du Luxembourg

La poste du Luxembourg a émis son 1er timbre Sepac en 2009, les 1ers timbres de ce type ayant été mis en circulation en 2007 par 11 des 13 administrations postales actuellement membres de la Small European Postal Administration Cooperation (SEPAC), une association de petites administrations postales européennes créée en 1999.
Depuis 2007 (thème des paysages), des timbres sur un thème commun (avec logo Sepac) sont émis par certains membres (12 cette année) et une élection du plus beau timbre Sepac est organisée depuis 2010.
Le Luxembourg a émis, le 19 septembre 2017, son 7ème timbre Sepac, dont le thème cette année est consacré à l'artisanat local.
The Luxembourg Post issued its first Sepac stamp in 2009, the first stamps of this type having been put into circulation in 2007 by 11 of the 13 postal administrations currently members of the Small European Postal Administration Cooperation (SEPAC), an association of small European postal administrations created in 1999.
Since 2007 (theme of landscapes), stamps having a common theme (with the Sepac logo) are issued by some members (12 this year) and an election of the most beautiful Sepac stamp has been organized for the first time in 2010. 
On September 19, 2017, Luxembourg issued its 7th Sepac stamp, the theme of which this year being devoted to local handcrafts.


Ce timbre de forme carrée (0,95€) figure à droite sur la lettre ci-dessus, envoyée le 14 novembre 2017 depuis la ville de Luxembourg.
A noter, en bas à gauche, le cachet spécial de la poste luxembourgeoise émis à l'occasion du dernier Salon Philatélique d'Automne organisé du 9 au 12 novembre 2017 à Paris, consacré à l'aviatrice française, 1ère femme pilote d'essai en France, Jacqueline Auriol (1917-2000).
Ce timbre représente une œuvre contemporaine en céramique par l'artiste néerlandaise Ellen van der Woude, résidente luxembourgeoise.
Le timbre Sepac 2016 (0,95€, émis le 13 septembre) complète cet affranchissement, consacré cette année au thème des saisons, avec un vue du hâteau fort de Bourscheid au printemps 2016, une période particulièrement grise et pluvieuse au Luxembourg.
Ce timbre, conçu par Alan Johnston, comporte la mention "Printemps dans l'Oesling" en luxembourgeois ("Fréijor am Éislek"), l'Oesling étant une région couvrant le nord du Grand-Duché.
This square stamp (€ 0.95) is present on the right on the cover above, sent on November 14, 2017 from the city of Luxembourg.
At the bottom left, to note this special cachet of the Luxembourg Post put into circulation on the occasion of the last "Salon Philatélique d'Automne" organized from 9 to 12 November 2017 in Paris, dedicated to the French aviator, 1st women test pilot in France, Jacqueline Auriol (1917-2000).
This stamp represents a contemporary ceramic work by the Dutch artist Ellen van der Woude, living in Luxembourg.
The Sepac 2016 stamp (€ 0.95, issued on September 13) completes this postage, dedicated this year to the theme of "Seasons", with a view of Bourscheid Castle in spring 2016, reflecting the rainy and gloomy season that Luxembourg was experiencing at the time.
That stamp, designed by Alan Johnston, includes the mention "Spring in the Oesling" in Luxembourgish ("Fréijor am Éislek"), the Oesling being a region covering the northern part of the Grand Duchy.
