Sepac 2017 (local handcrafts) stamp on cover from Jersey

Among these 8 stamps (design: TPA Jersey, printed in sheet of 10 stamps by Cartor Security Printing), only one has the Sepac logo whose joint theme this year was dedicated to local handcrafts.
That stamp (£ 0.73) is present on the letter below sent on December 11, 2017. Thank you very much Jens!
In the lower left corner, the cachet of the Jersey Post put into circulation during the 35th edition of the international philatelic exhibition ("International Briefmarken-Börse") in Sindelfingen, Germany, organized from 26 to 28 October 2017.

The different objects featured on these stamps (with an old map of Jersey in the background) were printed with a special UV varnish.
This Sepac ("Small European Postal Administration Cooperation") stamp represents the upper part of a pillar currently exhibited in the St. Lawrence parish church (south-central part of the island).
This pillar, the earliest record in Jersey of a Celtic inscription, was discovered during restoration work on this church in the 19th century.
Carved in a piece of granite, this pillar was converted into a column for a Roman building around 300 AD. Around the year 600, an inscription (in Latin and Celtic) was engraved on the top of the pillar and then, towards 800, the side (visible on this stamp) was carved with ribbon interlace patterns, typical of the Norse or Irish culture.
