"Happy New Year - Year of the Dog" stamp on FDC from Kyrgyzstan (KEP)

After the Year of the Rooster last year, the Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP), the second designated postal operator (the other one being the Kyrgyz Post) of Kyrgyzstan, dedicated its first issue of the year (one stamp issued on January 30, 2018) to the festivities related to the transition to the new year, in the tradition of the Chinese lunar calendar in particular.
That stamp, again designed by Vitaliu Pogolşa and printed in Moldova by Nova Imprim (with a special hot golden foil stamping), was put into circulation in a sheetlet of 5 stamps + 1 coupon.
Vitaliu Pogolşa also designed the FDC envelope and cancellation.
I was lucky enough to receive the very nice official FDC below (print run: 500) with postmarks from Bishkek, about that stamp!

émise l'an passé.
That stamp (100 KGS, print run: 8,000) is featuring a dog inside a round frame on a blue background with the constellation of Canis Major in the background, composed in particular of Sirius, the brightest star of the sky (after the Sun).
This same constellation, as well as a lying dog, is shown on the left on this envelope, with the words "Happy New Year!" in Kyrgyz, Chinese and English.
To note also the presence of one of the two stamps (50 KGS, Christmas tree and sled) of the same series "Happy New Year!" issued last year.

Above the splendid sheetlet in which that stamp was printed, with a coupon showing a dog's head (looking like a wolf?) with the mention "Year of the Dog" in Chinese.
To note the elliptical notch on the vertical perforations on that stamp as well as the mentions "Happy New Year!" in Russian, Kyrgyz, Chinese and English in the margins.
