"100 years of the Scout Post" special postmark on cover from Czech Republic

Following the independence of Czechoslovakia (from the Austro-Hungarian Empire) in 1918, a series of two stamps was issued, initiated by the local Scout Movement.
I don't know the exact circumstances that led to the issue of these two stamps (a "10 Heller" blue and a "20 Heller" red) but they are now considered as the first Czechoslovak stamps used in the postal system (and the first ones featuring the Bohemian lion) as well as the first ones in the world devoted to scouting.
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the issue of these 2 stamps and the creation of the Czech Scout Post ("Pošta českých skautů"), an exhibition is organized by the Prague Postal Museum, from 20 June to 28 October 2018.

Merci beaucoup Slavek !
The title of this exhibition, "Pošli to dál! Pošta českých skautů a další příběhy" ("Send it on! Post of Czech Scouts and other stories") is mentioned on the special postmark (design: graphic studio Q-lit s.r.o.) put into circulation on this occasion on June 23, 2018 by the Prague 1 main post office.
This postmark, depicting a scout boy on bike, was applied on the pretty letter above, franked with two stamps also having scouting for theme: 11 CZK for the EUROPA stamp, issued on May 9, 2007 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary the creation of the scouting movement by Sir Robert Baden-Powell and 21 CZK for the stamp issued on May 2, 2012 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the creation of the scouting movement in Czechoslovakia. Thank you very much Slavek!

Slavek also sent me the postal stationary above (permanent rate "E" for a shipment up to 50g in Europe, currently 35 CZK), put into circulation on June 20, 2018, about this same exhibition at the Prague Postal Museum.
To note this illustration on the left evoking the scout three-finger salute with old photos and the "10 heller blue" and "20 heller red" stamps, among others, in the background.
The designer of these two stamps issued in 1918, Josef Rössler-Ořovský (1869-1933), was a well-known philatelist in Prague but also a diplomat, a top athlete and an official of the Scout movement who had a key role as Czechoslovak Post's technical advisor.
