"Domestic poultry" stamps on FDCs from Moldova

Série "Volailles domestiques" sur FDCs de Moldavie

Le 23 août 2018, la poste moldave a mis en circulation une série de 4 timbres consacrée à différents types de volailles domestiques ("Păsări domestice"), le canard, l'oie, le coq et le dindon en particulier.
Ces 4 timbres, conçus par Vladimir Melnic, ont été imprimés chacun en feuillet composé de 8 timbres + 2 vignettes.
Quatre enveloppes Premier Jour différentes (tirage : 300 chacun) ont été éditées pour chacun de ces 4 timbres.
Merci beaucoup Nicolae pour l'envoi de ces 4 FDCs, avec TAD de Chișinău (MD-2012) !
La Moldavie reste un pays agricole (environ 40% du PIB) avec un secteur de la volaille qui produit environ 58000 tonnes de viande et 623 millions d'œufs par an. Ce secteur est intensif et comprend plus de 40 entreprises industrielles, avec un stock d'environ 1,2 million de poules et 8 millions de poulets. 
On August 23, 2018, the Post of Moldova has put into circulation a series of 4 stamps devoted to different types of domestic poultry ("Păsări domestice"), especially duck, goose, rooster and turkey.
These 4 stamps, designed by Vladimir Melnic, were printed each in a sheetlet of 8 stamps + 2 vignettes.
Four different First Day envelopes (print run: 300 each) have been edited for each of these four stamps.

Moldova remains an agricultural country (around 40% of GDP) with a poultry sector producing around 58,000 tonnes of meat and 623 million eggs a year. This sector is intensive and includes more than 40 industrial enterprises, with a stock of about 1.2 million hens and 8 million chickens. 


Le FDC ci-dessus concerne le timbre (1,75 L, tirage : 100000) consacré au canard domestique ("Rață" en roumain), faisant référence à des races principalement issues de deux espèces différentes de canards dont le canard colvert (Anas platyrhynchos), le plus commun en Europe.
Le FDC ci-dessous concerne le timbre (4 L, tirage : 66000) consacré à l'oie domestique ("Gâscă" en roumain), issue de l'oie cendrée (Anser anser), une espèce sauvage ici.
The FDC above is about the stamp (L 1.75, print run: 100,000) dedicated to the domestic duck ("Raţă" in Romanian), referring to breeds mainly from two different species of ducks, including  mallard duck (Anas platyrhynchos), the most common in Europe.
The FDC below concerns the stamp (L 4.00, print run: 66,000) dedicated to the domestic goose ("Gâscă" in Romanian), issued from the greylag goose (Anser anser), a wild species here.





Le FDC ci-dessus concerne le timbre (5,75 L, tirage : 100000) consacré au coq domestique ("Cocoș" en roumain), issu de l'espèce sauvage Gallus gallus (coq doré) originaire du sud-est asiatique. Il s'agit de l'espèce d'oiseaux dont la population mondiale est la plus importante.
Le FDC ci-dessous concerne le timbre (15,50 L, tirage : 66000) consacré au dindon ("Curcan" en roumain), issu d'une espèce d'oiseau endémique (Meleagris gallopavo) d'Amérique du nord, élevé aujourd'hui pour sa chair.
The FDC above concerns the stamp (L 5.75, print run: 100,000) dedicated to the domestic cock ("Cocoş" in Romanian), derived from the wild species Gallus gallus (red junglefowl) native from Southeast Asia. It is one of the most common and widespread domestic animals in the world.
The FDC below is about the stamp (L 15.50, print run: 66,000) dedicated to the turkey ("Curcan" in Romanian), derived from a species of endemic bird (Meleagris gallopavo) from North America, reared today for its flesh.


Plusieurs (8 au total ?) cartes postales spéciales ont été également mises en circulation avec cette série de timbres par la poste moldave, dont les 4 ci-dessous (numérotées de 57/2018 à 60/2018) imprimées à 500 exemplaires chacune.
Several (8 in total?) special postcards were also put into circulation with this series of stamps by the Post of Moldova, of which the 4 below (numbered from 57/2018 to 60/2018) printed in 500 copies each.
