Special envelope "25 years of the first EUROPA stamps" from Moldova

On 29 December 1993, the Post of Moldova issued its first ever EUROPA stamps (L 0.03 and L 1.50), devoted this year to the theme of Modern Art.
Together with Lithuania, Moldova was one of the first two former republics of the USSR to issue EUROPA stamps, the year of the creation of PostEurop, the association of European public postal operators (Moldova became a PostEurop's member only in 1996).
On 29 December 2018, the Post of Moldova issued a special postmark (design: Lilian Iaţco) dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the issue of these first EUROPA stamps.
This cancellation from Chişinău (MD-2012) has been applied on this splendid envelope designed by Niall Murphy, president of IMPS - The International Moldovan Philatelic Society of which I am one of the 3 founding members.

This envelope (limited edition of 25 copies), not for sale, includes the minisheet put into circulation on December 29, 1993, with the two EUROPA stamps (in 4 copies each), reproducing works of great Moldovan painters, Igor Vieru (1923-1988) and Mihail Grecu (1916-1998) respectively "Concerns of Spring" (1975) and "History of one Life" (1967).
This painting "History of one Life" is actually part of a triptych, reproduced in the lower margin of the souvenir sheet issued in 2016 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Mihail Grecu.
To note the central part of this minisheet above with this mention "First EUROPA issue in the Republic of Moldova" as well as an emblematic work "The tree Eminescu" by another great Moldovan artist, Aurel David (1934-1984).
These two EUROPA stamps have been printed each in sheet of 15 stamps as well as in the same minisheet above, in two versions, perforated to the bottom edge (print run: 45,000) and imperforated to the bottom edge (print run: 15,000) as is the case above.
Imperforated versions of this issue have been edited by mistake (more detail here).
Finally, to note this additional franking with one of the two EUROPA 2018 stamps (L 5.75) issued on February 8, dedicated to the Eiffel Bridge built in Ungheni (center-west of the country).
