"Doctors fighting against Covid-19" stamp on FDC from Moldova

Timbre "Médecins luttant contre la Covid-19" sur FDC de Moldavie

La poste moldave avait déjà émis le 13 octobre 2020 un timbre consacré à Florence Nightingale, considérée comme la première infirmière moderne de l'histoire, à l'occasion du 200ème anniversaire de sa naissance, incluant une surtaxe (3 L) destinée au personnel médical et ceux qui sont en première ligne dans la lutte contre l'épidémie de Covid-19 en Moldavie.
Le 25 février 2021, un nouveau timbre a été mis en circulation avec la mention "Médecins luttant contre la Covid-19" à l'occasion du 125ème anniversaire de la création de l'hôpital clinique des maladies infectieuses "Toma Ciorbă" (Spitalul Clinic de Boli Infecţioase "Toma Ciorbă") à Chișinău.
Ce timbre (1,20 L, tirage : 200000), conçu par Eugen Verebceanu, figure sur le FDC officiel ci-dessous (tirage : 300) avec TAD de Chișinău (MD-2012). Merci beaucoup Nicolae ! 
The Post of Moldova had already issued on October 13, 2020 a stamp dedicated to Florence Nightingale, considered the first modern nurse in history, on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of her birth, including a surcharge (3 L) intended for medical staff and those who are on the front line in the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic in Moldova.
On February 25, 2021, a new stamp was put into circulation with the mention "Doctors fighting against Covid-19" on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the creation of the clinical hospital for infectious diseases "Toma Ciorbă" (Spitalul Clinic de Boli Infecţioase "Toma Ciorbă") in Chișinău.
This stamp (1.20 L, print run: 200,000), designed by Eugen Verebceanu, is present on the official FDC below (print run: 300) with postmarks from Chișinău (MD-2012). Thank you very much Nicolae!

 
Cet hôpital clinique des maladies infectieuses a été créé en 1896 par l'illustre médecin humaniste Toma Ciorbă (1864-1936), pionnier en particulier de la mise en œuvre du vaccin antivariolique et de la sérothérapie contre la diphtérie.
Cet hôpital était à l'époque l'un des meilleurs hôpitaux pour les maladies infectieuses, la première institution médicale spécialisée de Bessarabie.
Toute sa vie, Toma Ciorbă s'est battu pour améliorer la prise en charge des malades, en particulier les plus pauvres. Son sentiment sincère de compassion pour les malades, sa diligence au travail lui ont valu une grande estime et une grande popularité.
En 2020, le gouvernement moldave a attribué le Prix National ("Premiul Național") à cette institution dans le cadre de la lutte contre la pandémie dans le pays.
This clinical hospital for infectious diseases was created in 1896 by the illustrious humanist doctor Toma Ciorbă (1864-1936), a pioneer in particular in the implementation of smallpox vaccine and serotherapy against diphtheria.
This hospital was at the time one of the best hospitals for infectious diseases, the first specialized medical institution in Bessarabia.
All his life, Toma Ciorbă fought to improve the care of the sick, especially the poorest. His sincere feeling of compassion for the sick, his diligence at work won him great esteem and popularity.
In 2020, the Moldovan government awarded the National Prize ("Premiul Național") to this institution as part of the fight against the pandemic in the country. 

 
Nicolae a complété son affranchissement, pour atteindre le tarif en vigueur pour un envoi prioritaire de moins de 20g vers la France (11 L actuellement) avec 1 autre timbre sur l'autre côté de cette enveloppe ci-dessus.
Ce timbre fait partie d'une série de 2 timbres émise le 21 novembre 1992, consacrée à l'admission de la République de Moldavie à l'ONU.
Comme tous les timbres émis en Moldavie entre le 23 juin 1991 et le 2 août 1993, ce timbre était libellé en roubles. Le 1er février 2006, ce timbre (entre autres) a été remis en circulation avec une valeur de 12 L.
Nicolae has completed his postage, to reach the rate in force for a priority shipment up to 20g to France (11 L currently) with a 2nd stamp used on the other side of the envelope above. 
This stamp is part of a series of two stamps issued on November 21, 1992, devoted to the admission of the Republic of Moldova to the United Nations.
Such as all stamps issued in Moldova between June 23, 1991 and August 2, 1993, that stamp was denominated in rubles. On February 1, 2006, that stamp (among others) was put back into circulation with a nominal value of 12 L.
