"NOTOS 2021 European Philatelic Exhibition" postmark on card from Moldova

TAD "Exposition philatélique européenne NOTOS 2021" sur carte de Moldavie

A l'occasion de l'exposition philatélique européenne "NOTOS 2021" organisée du 19 au 22 novembre 2021 à Athènes (Grèce), la poste moldave a mis en circulation, pendant les 4 jours de cette manifestation, une oblitération spéciale.
Ce TAD de forme carrée (façade du Zappéion où cette exposition était organisée), conçu par Eugeniu Verebceanu, a été appliqué le 19 novembre 2021 par le bureau principal de Chișinău (MD-2012) sur cette carte. Merci beaucoup Nicolae !
Cette exposition, organisée sous le haut patronage de la Présidente de la République, Ekateríni Sakellaropoúlo, réunissait des exposants venant de toute l'Europe, alors que l'édition précédente, NOTOS 2015, concernait majoritairement des pays d'Europe du sud. 
On the occasion of the European philatelic exhibition "NOTOS 2021" organized from November 19 to 22, 2021 in Athens, Greece, the Post of Moldova has put into circulation, during the 4 days of this event, a special cancellation.
This square-shaped postmark (facade of the Zappeion building where this exhibition was held), designed by Eugeniu Verebceanu, was applied on November 19, 2021 by the main office in Chișinău (MD-2012) on this card. Thank you very much Nicolae!
This exhibition, organized under the high patronage of the President of the Republic, Ekateríni Sakellaropoúlo, brought together exhibitors from all over Europe, whereas the previous edition, NOTOS 2015, mainly involved southern European countries.

 

Surprenant que la poste moldave mette en lumière cette exposition philatélique en particulier car, sauf erreur, aucun exposant présent sur site ne représentait la République de Moldavie...
Le timbre en haut à droite (2,20 L) fait partie d'une série (3 timbres) émise le 18 octobre 1997 pour célébrer, avec 9 jours de retard, la journée mondiale de la poste. Ce timbre montre en particulier un ancien édifice de Chișinău abritant la direction de la distribution postale et télégraphique (début du 20ème siècle).
Le timbre en bas à gauche (4L) fait partie d'une série (3 timbres) émise le 3 mai 2014, représentant les édifices des principaux musées nationaux situés dans la capitale moldave, le musée national des beaux-arts de Moldavie ici. Ce musée a été fondé en 1939 par le sculpteur Alexandru Plămădeală et le peintre Auguste Baillayre. Le bâtiment a été construit par Alexander Bernardazzi, l'architecte qui a conçu de nombreux édifices à Odessa et Chișinău. 
A noter cet autre TAD spécial (conception : Maria Maximenco), appliqué sur cette carte, mis en circulation pendant toute l'année 2021 à l'occasion des 30 ans de l'émission des premiers timbres par la République de Moldavie.
Surprising that the Post of Moldova highlights this philatelic exhibition in particular because, unless I am mistaken, no exhibitor present on site represented the Republic of Moldova ...
The top right stamp (2.20 L) is part of a series (3 stamps) issued on October 18, 1997 to celebrate, 9 days late, World Post Day. This stamp shows in particular an old building in Chișinău housing the directorate of postal and telegraphic distribution (early 20th century).
The lower left stamp (4L) is part of a series (3 stamps) issued on May 3, 2014, depicting the buildings of the main national museums located in the Moldovan capital, the National Museum of Fine Arts of Moldova here. This museum was founded in 1939 by the sculptor Alexandru Plămădeală and the painter Auguste Baillayre. The building was built by Alexander Bernardazzi, the architect who designed many buildings in Odessa and Chișinău.
To note this other special postmark (design: Maria Maximenco), applied on this card, put into circulation throughout 2021 on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the issue of the first stamps by the Republic of Moldova.

 

Concernant cette carte postale (conception : Lilian Iațco, tirage : 2000), elle a été mise en circulation en 2018, avec au verso (ci-dessus), un aperçu des différents timbres EUROPA (1 par série) émis par la poste moldave entre 1993 (1ers timbres EUROPA moldaves) et 2018. 
Regarding this postcard (design: Lilian Iațco, print run: 2,000), it was put into circulation in 2018, with on the back (see above), an overview of the different EUROPA stamps (one per series) issued by the Post of Moldova between 1993 (first Moldovan EUROPA stamps) and 2018.
