Dans un message publié le 10 février 2013, je vous présentais en avant-première le FDC officiel de la poste tchèque concernant un timbre (conception : Renáta Fučíková) émis le 13 février 2013 pour commémorer le 170ème anniversaire de la naissance de Bertha von Suttner (1843-1914), pacifiste, journaliste et romancière autrichienne née à Prague.

In a post published on February 10, 2013, I shared with you in preview the official FDC of the Czech Post regarding a stamp (design : Renáta Fučíková) issued on February 13, 2013 to commemorate the 170th anniversary of the birth of Bertha von Suttner (1843-1914), an Austrian pacifist, journalist and novelist born in Prague.

Pour rappel, Bertha von Suttner, célèbre pour son ouvrage "Die Waffen Nieder !" ("Bas les armes !") publié en 1889, deviendra la 1ère femme à recevoir le Prix Nobel de la Paix en 1905, ce que rappelle ce timbre ainsi que le TAD Premier Jour montrant les 2 faces de la médaille Nobel.
As a reminder, Bertha von Suttner, famous for her book "Die Waffen Nieder !" ("Lay Down Your Arms !") published in 1889, became the first woman to receive the Nobel Peace Prize in 1905, that is recalled on this stamp as well as on the FDC postmark showing the two sides of the Nobel medal.
