Congrès 2013 du GP du Massif Central

Massif Central stamp group Congress in 2013 

Après Vichy en 2012, le congrès (63ème édition) du Groupement Philatélique du Massif Central (GPMC) a eu lieu cette année (le 28 et 29 septembre 2013) dans la ville d'Yzeure (Allier).
Ce groupement affilié à la FFAP (XX) fédère 24 associations philatéliques des 3 départements de la région Limousin et des 4 départements de la région Auvergne.
Dans le cadre de ce congrès, une exposition régionale compétitive a rassemblé les meilleurs philatélistes de ces 2 régions et le Cercle d'études marcophiles a organisé une exposition de niveau national.
After Vichy in 2012, the Congress (63th edition) of the Philatelic Group of Massif Central (GPMC) took place this year (28 and 29 September 2013) in the city of Yzeure (department of Allier).
This Group affilated to the FFAP (French Federation of Philatelic Associations) unites 24 philatelic associations of  the three departments of the Limousin region and the four departments of the Auvergne region. 
As part of this congress, a competitive regional exhibition brought together the best philatelists of these two regions and the "Cercle d'études marcophiles" organized a national level's exhibition.

 

A cette occasion, un TAD spécial (conception : Marie-Noëlle Goffin) a été émis, représentant le kiosque à musique du parc Laussedat à Yzeure.
Jean-Claude (Association Philatélique Vellave) a eu la gentillesse de m'envoyer le pli ci-dessus avec cette oblitération spéciale. Merci beaucoup :-)
Ce kiosque a été construit en 1987 dans le cadre du jumelage entre cette ville et la ville allemande de Bendorf.
Le timbre (0,63€) fait partie de la série commune France-Vietnam, émise le 23 septembre 2013 et consacrée à Alexandre Yersin, dont j'ai déjà parlé sur ce blog.
On this occasion, a special postmark (design by Marie-Noëlle Goffin) was issued, featuring the music kiosk of the Laussedat Park in Yzeure.
Jean-Claude (Vellave Philatelic Association) was kind enough to send me the cover above with this special cancellation. Thank you very much :-)
This kiosk was built in 1987 to celebrate the twinning between this town and the German town of Bendorf. The stamp (€ 0.63) is part of the France-Vietnam joint set, issued on September 23, 2013 and devoted to Alexandre Yersin, about which I've already written on this blog.

Un timbre personnalisé (type MonTimbraMoi) au tarif permanent "Lettre Prioritaire 20g" a également été émis (en combien d'exemplaires ?).
Ce timbre a été utilisé sur le souvenir spécial ci-dessus (conception : "Naja") émis lors de ce congrès.
A noter que l'allégorie à gauche comporte une partie de 2 timbres Marianne (Sabine et Liberté de Gandon émises en 1977 et 1982).
A personalized "MonTimbraMoi" stamp (permanent rate "Priority Letter 20g") was also issued (print run ?). That stamp was used on the special card above (design by "Naja") issued during this congress.
To note that the allegory to the left includes a part of two Marianne stamps ("Sabine" and "Liberté" of Gandon issued in 1977 and 1982).
