Le 24 décembre 2015, l'institut de philologie de l'académie des sciences de Moldavie a commémoré, jour pour jour, le 100ème anniversaire de la naissance d'Eugeniu Russev (1915-1982), philologue, critique littéraire, archéographe et spécialiste de l'histoire médiévale.
Cette commémoration visait à rappeler son oeuvre, en particulier ses travaux sur la langue roumaine (il démontra qu'elle n'était pas d'origine slave mais latine), sur l'histoire et la littérature moldave (il publia plusieurs dictionnaires russo-moldaves) lorsqu'il fut membre de l'institut de langue et de littérature à Chișinău.
Comme d'autres savants originaires de Roumanie ou ayant étudié en Roumanie (Nicolae Corlăteanu, Vasile Coroban, Andrei Lupan...), Eugeniu Russev est venu s'installer en Moldavie après la guerre et a dénoncé le régime totalitaire stalinien en URSS.
On December 24, 2015, the Institute of Philology of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova commemorated, to the day, the 100th anniversary of the birth of Eugeniu Russev (1915-1982), a philologist, literary critic, archeograph and specialist of medieval history.
This commemoration was organized to remind his work, particularly his works devoted to the Romanian language (he demonstrated that it was not of Slavic origin but Latin), the history and literature of Moldova (he published several Russian-Moldovan dictionaries) when he was a member of the Institute of language and literature in Chişinău.
Such as other scholars from Romania or who studied in Romania (Nicolae Corlăteanu, Vasile Coroban, Andrei Lupan...), Eugeniu Russev came to Moldova after the war and denounced the Stalinist totalitarian regime in USSR.
Ce 24 décembre 2015, la poste moldave a également rendu hommage à Eugeniu Russev en mettant en circulation une enveloppe pré-timbrée (la 14ème et dernière de l'année 2015) au tarif intérieur jusqu'à 20g (1,75 L).
C'est cette enveloppe et son TAD Premier Jour de Chișinău (MD-2012) que j'ai eu la chance de recevoir ci-dessus. Merci beaucoup Nicolae !
Cette enveloppe (tirage : 5000), incluant la reproduction d'une photographie à gauche montrant le savant dans son bureau, a été conçue par Elena Karachentseva.
This December 24, 2015, the Post of Moldova paid also tribute to Eugeniu Russev by putting into circulation a prepaid envelope (the 14th and last one of the year 2015) corresponding to the domestic postal rate up to 20g (L 1.75).
It is that envelope and its FDC cancellation from Chișinău (MD-2012) I was very lucky to receive above. Thank you very much Nicolae !
This envelope (print run : 5,000), including a reproduction of a photograph to the left showing the scientist in his office, was designed by Elena Karachentseva.
Afin d'atteindre le tarif en vigueur pour un envoi non prioritaire jusqu'à 20g vers les pays de la zone A (incluant la France), soit 9,50 L actuellement, Nicolae a complété cet affranchissement avec 3 autres timbres au verso de cette enveloppe ci-dessus, dont 2 timbres identiques (1 L) faisant partie de la série courante de 6 timbres, émise le 7 mars 2015, consacrée à des blasons de villes moldaves, celui de la ville de Ungheni ici.
L'autre timbre à gauche (5,75 L) fait partie de la série émise le 27 novembre 2015 consacrée à des sports mécaniques, une voiture de rallye ici.
A noter enfin en haut à droite le TAD spécial mis en circulation entre le 24 décembre 2015 et le 8 janvier 2016 par la poste moldave, à l'occasion des fêtes de fin d'année et de Noël (Crăciunul) en particulier avec cette scène de la Nativité.
In order to reach the applicable postal rate for a non-priority mail up to 20g sent to countries of Zone A (including France), i.e. L 9.50 currently, Nicolae added three other stamps on the back of this envelope above, including two identical stamps (L 1) being part of the definitive series of 6 stamps, issued on March 7, 2015, dedicated to the coats of arms of cities of Moldova, the city of Ungheni here.
The other stamp on the left (L 5.75) is part of the series issued on November 27, 2015 devoted to motorsports, a rally car here.
Finally, to note at the top right this special postmark put into circulation from December 24, 2015 to January 8, 2016 by the Post of Moldova, on the occasion of New Year and Christmas (Crăciunul) festivities in particular with this scene of Nativity.
