Le 26 octobre 2017, la poste moldave a mis en circulation une nouvelle enveloppe pré-timbrée (la 10ème cette année) consacrée au 70ème anniversaire de la création du Collège de Médecine d'Orhei (Colegiul de Medicină din Orhei), Orhei étant une ville située à environ 40 km au nord de Chișinău.
Cette école a été fondée suite à une ordonnance du 24 août 1947 du ministère de la santé de la République socialiste soviétique moldave (RSSM) et est aujourd'hui un établissement d'enseignement secondaire spécialisé en médecine, subordonné au Ministère de la santé et au Ministère de l'éducation de la République de Moldavie.

On October 26, 2017, the Post of Moldova has put into circulation a new prepaid envelope (the 10th this year) dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the creation of the College of Medicine in Orhei (Colegiul de Medicină din Orhei), Orhei being a city located about 40 km north of Chişinău.
This school was founded following a decree of August 24, 1947 of the Ministry of Health of the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic (RSSM) and is today a secondary education institution specializing in medicine, subordinate to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Moldova.

L'emblème de cette école, sur fond de drapeau national, figure sur le timbre (1,75 L - envoi domestique jusqu'à 20g) pré-imprimé sur cette enveloppe (conception : Vitaliu Pogolșa, tirage : 10000).
Le personnel enseignant de ce Collège de Médecine est composé de 70 personnes (33 enseignants titulaires et 37 médecins).
La formation théorique des étudiants est assurée par des laboratoires équipés d'appareils modernes, de salles informatique avec connexion internet, d'un centre médical et d'une bibliothèque.
Concernant l'approbation des bases cliniques pour la formation pratique, les élèves sont formés dans 4 établissements médicaux "IMSP" (Établissement public de soins de santé), situés à Orhei, Teleneşti, Soldanesti et Rezina.
Nicolae a utilisé un autre timbre (12 L) au verso de cette enveloppe, faisant partie d'une série (2 timbres) conçue par Ralf Vogel et émise le 21 novembre 1992, consacrée à l'admission de la Moldavie à l'ONU.

Nicolae used another stamp (L 12.00) on the back of this envelope, being part of a series (2 stamps) designed by Ralf Vogel and issued on November 21, 1992, devoted to the admission of Moldova to the UN.
