Le 10 mars 2017, la poste espagnole (Correos) a mis en circulation la 2ème partie (4 timbres) d'une série (débutée en 2016) consacrée à différents villages de charme ("Pueblos con encanto") à travers le pays.
Ces 4 timbres autocollants (tirage : 200000) au tarif permanent "A" domestique jusqu'à 20g (0,55€ actuellement) ont été imprimés afin de rappeler les séries de cartes postales anciennes repliées en soufflet !

Le timbre en haut à gauche montre une vue du village d'Aínsa (province de Huesca), déclarée site historique et artistique en 1965 et faisant partie des plus beaux villages d'Espagne.
Ce timbre montre la Plaza Mayor et l'église collégiale Santa María (12ème siècle), bel exemple architectural de ce village qui a gardé son aspect médiéval.
On March 10, 2017, the Spanish Post (Correos) put into circulation the second part (4 stamps) of a series (started in 2016) devoted to different charming villages ("Pueblos con encanto") across the country.
These 4 self-adhesive stamps (print run: 200,000) with a permanent domestic "A" rate for a letter up to 20g (currently € 0.55) have been printed in order to recall the old series of postcards folded in a concertina format!

The stamp at the top left shows a view of the village of Aínsa (province of Huesca), declared a historical and artistic site in 1965 and one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
This stamp shows the Plaza Mayor and the Santa María Collegiate Church (12th century), a fine architectural example of this village which has kept its medieval appearance.
Le timbre suivant est consacré au village de Lastres (Asturies), une petite cité portuaire du nord de l'Espagne, pleine de caractère avec ses maisons traditionnelles comme celle représentée sur le timbre.
Ce village est connu en Espagne car une série télévisée "Doctor Mateo" y a été tournée entre 2009 et 2011.
Le château d'Ayub (dispositif défensif arabe datant du 9ème siècle), dominant la ville de Calatayud (province de Saragosse), est représenté sur le timbre en haut à droite. Cité romaine et arabe, Calatayud correspond à la ville antique de Bilbilis.
Construites entre le 14ème et le 16ème siècle, des tours élancées rappelant l'architecture mudéjare des minarets arabes jalonnent la ville, comme celle de l'église San Andrés au 1er plan à gauche.
Le dernier timbre de cette série est consacré à la ville d'Urueña, la municipalité qui possède le périmètre clos le mieux conservé de toute la province de Valladolid.
Le timbre représente cet imposant site fortifié dans le fond avec l'Ermitage de Notre Dame de l'Annonciation (11ème siècle) au 1er plan, exceptionnel édifice roman dans cette région.
The following stamp is dedicated to the village of Lastres (Asturias), a small port city in the north of Spain, full of character with its traditional houses such as the one depicted on the stamp.
This village is known in Spain because a TV series "Doctor Mateo" was shot there between 2009 and 2011.
Ayub Castle (Arab defensive device dating from the 9th century), dominating the city of Calatayud (province of Zaragoza), is represented on the stamp at the top right. Roman and Arab city, Calatayud corresponds to the ancient city of Bilbilis.
Built between the 14th and the 16th century, slender towers reminiscent of the Mudejar architecture of Arab minarets punctuate the city, like that of San Andrés Church in the foreground on the left.
The last stamp of this series is devoted to the city of Urueña, the municipality that has the best preserved closed perimeter of the entire province of Valladolid.
The stamp features this imposing fortified site in the background with the Hermitage of Our Lady of the Annunciation (11th century) in the foreground, exceptional Romanesque building in this region.
