Pour rappel, la Small European Postal Administration Cooperation (SEPAC) est une association de petites administrations postales européennes (13 actuellement), créée en 1999, afin de discuter de diverses questions philatéliques et postales spécifiques à ces petites structures.
Depuis 2007 (thème des paysages), des timbres sur un thème commun sont émis par certains membres (11 en 2019, toutes sauf Gibraltar et la Cité du Vatican) et une élection du plus beau timbre Sepac est organisée depuis 2010.
La Principauté du Liechtenstein participe à ces émissions Sepac depuis 2007 et a émis, le 2 septembre 2019, son 10ème timbre Sepac, dont le thème cette année était consacré aux anciennes maisons résidentielles.
Ce timbre (1,50 CHF, tirage : 60000), conçu par Sereina Giger et imprimé par Royal Joh. Enschedé en offset 4 couleurs, taille-douce et dorure à chaud, figure sur le FDC officiel ci-dessous avec TAD de Vaduz.
As a reminder, the Small European Postal Administration Cooperation (SEPAC) is an association of small European postal administrations (13 currently), created in 1999, in order to discuss various philatelic and postal issues specific to these small structures. 
Since 2007 (theme : landscapes), stamps having a common theme are issued by some members (11 in 2019, all except Gibraltar and Vatican City) and an election for the most beautiful Sepac stamp has been organized for the first time in 2010.
The Principality of Liechtenstein has participated in these Sepac issues since 2007 and issued, on September 2, 2019, its 10th Sepac stamp, whose theme this year was devoted to old residential houses.
This stamp (1.50 CHF, print run: 60,000), designed by Sereina Giger and printed by Royal Joh. Ensched in 4-colour offset, steel engraving black and gold hot-foil stamping, is present on the official FDC below with postmark from Vaduz.

Ce timbre, incluant le logo Sepac, est consacré à la "Maison Rouge" ("Rotes Haus") à Vaduz sous un angle moins traditionnel.
Cette maison sous sa forme actuelle date des années 1902 à 1905, lorsque le sculpteur et architecte Egon Rheinberger (1870-1936) relie la maison plus ancienne, avec sa façade à pignons rouge, au vieux pressoir, en y ajoutant une tour dont il a lui-même réalisé les plans.
Il crée ainsi un édifice impressionnant qui constitue, avec le château de Vaduz, un autre symbole de la ville, classé monument historique depuis 1951.
En 1807, après avoir appartenu à un couvent pendant près de 300 ans, la maison est devenue la propriété de la famille Rheinberger dont les descendants y vivent encore aujourd'hui.
A noter cette illustration à gauche sur l'enveloppe évoquant une histoire liée à cette Maison Rouge, une dispute entre 2 frères concernant deux poulets. Cette dispute a eu pour conséquence que l'un des frères a tiré sur l'autre. Sur une pierre du chemin où il a été abattu, le fantôme de l'homme assassiné a pu être entendu se plaindre pendant longtemps, et le volet de la fenêtre d'où il a été abattu n'a pas pu être fermé...
This stamp, including the Sepac logo, is dedicated to the "Red House" ("Rotes Haus") in Vaduz from a less traditional angle.
This house in its current appearance dates from the years 1902 to 1905, when the sculptor and architect Egon Rheinberger (1870-1936) connected the much older residential building with a stepped gable and the old wine press building with a round tower built according to his own plans.
He thus created a striking architectural complex, which today, alongside Vaduz Castle, is another landmark of the capital and has been a listed building since 1951.
In 1807, after having belonged to a convent for almost 300 years, the house became the property of the Rheinberger family, whose descendants still live there today.
To note this illustration on the left on the envelope evoking a story linked to this Red House, a dispute between two brothers about two chickens. The result of this dispute was that one of the brothers shot the other. On a stone in the path where he was shot, the ghost of the murdered man could be heard complaining for a long time, and the window shutter from where he was shot could not be closed ...
