"National flowers" joint set with Argentina, on FDC from Bulgaria

Série commune "Fleurs nationales" avec l'Argentine, sur FDC de Bulgarie

Le 30 août 2021, avec un mois d'avance par rapport à la poste argentine, la poste bulgare a mis en circulation une jolie série commune (2 timbres) à l'occasion du 90ème anniversaire de l'établissement de relations diplomatiques entre les 2 pays.
Les relations diplomatiques avec l'Argentine ont en effet été établies en 1931, à un moment où, en dehors de l'Europe, la Bulgarie n'en avait qu'avec les États-Unis et l'Iran. La raison principale réside dans le fait qu'en 1929, il y avait encore quelque 10000 émigrés économiques ou politiques bulgares en Argentine. La communauté bulgare s'est intégrée avec succès dans la société locale et les autorités argentines ont fait preuve d'une bonne attitude à son égard.
Cette série commune est consacrée aux fleurs nationales des 2 pays, respectivement la rose oléagineuse (Bulgarie) et la fleur de ceibo (Argentine), également fleur nationale de l'Uruguay.
On August 30, 2021, one month ahead of the Argentinian Post, the Bulgarian Post put into circulation a nice joint series (2 stamps) on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the 2 country. 
Diplomatic relations with Argentina were indeed established in 1931, at a time when, outside Europe, Bulgaria only had relations with the United States and Iran. The main reason is that in 1929 there were still some 10,000 Bulgarian economic or political emigrants in Argentina. The Bulgarian community has successfully integrated into the local society and the Argentine authorities have shown a good attitude towards it.
This joint series is devoted to the national flowers of the 2 countries, respectively the oilseed rose (Bulgaria) and the ceibo flower (Argentina), also the national flower of Uruguay. 

La version bulgare de cette série se-tenante (1 leva et 3 leva, tirage : 10000 chacun), conçue par Kalina Slavina, figurent sur ce joli FDC officiel envoyé en recommandé le 1er octobre 2021 depuis Sofia. Merci beaucoup Borislav !
A noter que le TAD bulgare a été conçu à partir du soleil figurant sur le drapeau argentin alors que le TAD argentin comporte un lion figurant sur les armoiries de la Bulgarie.
Des rubans aux couleurs des drapeaux des 2 pays ainsi que les cartes géographiques des 2 pays figurent à gauche sur cette enveloppe, derrière cette vilaine vignette appliquée a priori par la poste française...
A noter la présence des drapeaux des 2 pays sur ces timbres, représentant en particulier une rose (Rosa Oleaginosa), importée en Bulgarie il y a plusieurs siècles par les Ottomans. La Bulgarie est aujourd'hui le 1er pays producteur d'huile essentielle de rose, principalement de la variété Rosa Damascena, la plus grande richesse de la région de Kazanlak (Vallée des roses), au centre du pays.
La fleur rouge de l'arbre appelé Ceibo (Erythrina crista-galli) est la fleur nationale de l'Argentine depuis un décret de 1943 et le 22 novembre est le jour officiel pour sa célébration (seulement depuis 2008). Sa floraison en grappe a lieu d'octobre à avril.

To note that the Bulgarian cancellation was designed from the sun appearing on the Argentinian flag while the Argentinian postmark features a lion appearing on the coat of arms of Bulgaria.
Ribbons in the colors of the flags of the 2 countries as well as the geographical maps of the 2 countries are featured on the left on this envelope, behind this ugly sticker applied a priori by the French Post ...
To note the presence of the flags of the 2 countries on these stamps, depicting in particular a rose (Rosa Oleaginosa), imported into Bulgaria several centuries ago by the Ottomans. Bulgaria is today the leading producer of rose essential oil, mainly of the Rosa Damascena variety, the greatest wealth of the Kazanlak region (Valley of roses), in the center of the country.
The red flower of the tree called Ceibo (Erythrina crista-galli) has been the national flower of Argentina since a decree of 1943 and November 22 is the official day for its celebration (only since 2008). Its cluster flowering takes place from October to April.
