"MOLDFILEX 2022 Philatelic Exhibition" postmark on prepaid card from Moldova

TAD "Exposition philatélique MOLDFILEX 2022" sur carte pré-timbrée de Moldavie

Du 22 au 30 mars 2022, la poste moldave a mis en circulation un TAD spécial à l'occasion de l'exposition philatélique internationale MOLDFILEX 2022, organisée par l'Union des philatélistes de la République de Moldavie en collaboration avec le Musée national d'histoire de Moldavie à Chișinău.
Cette exposition, consacrée au 30ème anniversaire de la fondation de l'Union des philatélistes de la République de Moldavie, présentait 42 œuvres philatéliques d'environ 20 collectionneurs de la République de Moldavie et de Roumanie. Le Musée national d'histoire présentait également une petite partie de sa collection de philatélie.
Un grand merci Nicolae pour l'envoi de cette carte postale sur laquelle ce TAD (conception : Eugeniu Verebceanu) a été appliqué le 30 mars 2022 par le bureau principal de Chișinău (MD-2012) ! 
From March 22 to 30, 2022, the Post of Moldova released a special postmark on the occasion of the international philatelic exhibition MOLDFILEX 2022, organized by the Union of Philatelists of the Republic of Moldova in collaboration with the National Museum of History of Moldova in Chișinău.
This exhibition, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Union of Philatelists of the Republic of Moldova, presented 42 philatelic works from around 20 collectors from the Republic of Moldova and Romania. The National History Museum also exhibited a small part of its philatelic collection.
Many thanks Nicolae for sending this postcard on which this postmark (design: Eugeniu Verebceanu) was applied on March 30, 2022 by the main post office of Chișinău (MD-2012)!

 

Cette carte postale pré-timbrée (1,30 L, tirage : 1000), conçue par Maria Maximenco, émise le 9 octobre 2017 à l'occasion de la Journée mondiale de la Poste, est consacrée au 50ème anniversaire du mouvement de philatélie organisée en Moldavie ("Mișcarea filatelică moldovenească organizată").
Le timbre représente 2 pages d'albums, une à gauche représentant 5 timbres émis en URSS ayant pour thème la Moldavie et une à droite montrant certains timbres émis par la Moldavie depuis l'indépendance en 1991.
L'illustration à gauche montre différents documents philatéliques émis par la poste moldave depuis 1991 : cartes maximum, FDCs, cartes postales, enveloppes et cartes pré-timbrées...
A noter cette mention "Vâ invitâm în lumea filateliei!" signifiant "Nous vous invitons dans le monde de la philatélie !". 
This prepaid card (1.30 L, print run: 1,000), designed by Maria Maximenco, issued on October 9, 2017 on the occasion of World Post Day, is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Organised Philatelic Movement in Moldova ("Mișcarea filatelică moldovenească organizată"). 
The stamp features two pages of an album, one on the left representing 5 stamps issued in USSR having Moldova for topic and one on the right showing some stamps issued by the Post of Moldova since independence in 1991.
The illustration on the left shows different philatelic documents issued by the Post of Moldova since 1991: maxicards, FDCs, postcards, envelopes and prepaid cards ...
To note this mention "Vâ invitâm în lumea filateliei!" meaning "We invite you to the world of philately!". 

 

 

Nicolae a utilisé 2 autres timbres sur l'autre côté de cette carte, afin d'atteindre le tarif pour l'envoi d'une carte postale internationale (9,50 L).
Ces 2 timbres font partie d'une série (3 timbres) émise le 1er octobre 2009, consacrée à des maisons d'habitation de différentes localités rurales du pays, une habitation située à Butuceni (7 L), un des trois villages faisant partie de la commune de Trebujeni (raion d'Orhei, centre du pays) et une habitation bleue située à Corjeuți (1,20 L) dans le raion de Briceni (nord du pays).
Le village de Butuceni soit devenu depuis quelques années une véritable Mecque pour les intellectuels moldaves, qui ont acheté la moitié du village. L'un de ces intellectuels, Victor Borsevici, est le propriétaire depuis 1996 de l'élégante maison représentée sur le timbre ci-dessus. Il a été ambassadeur de Moldavie en Chine, professeur dans le domaine de la cybernétique, passionné d'histoire... 

Nicolae used two other stamps on the other side of this card, in order to reach the rate for sending an international postcard (9.50 L).

These 2 stamps are part of a series (3 stamps) issued on October 1, 2009, dedicated to dwelling houses from different rural localities of the country, a dwelling located in Butuceni (7 L), one of the three villages forming part of the commune of Trebujeni (district of Orhei, center of the country) and a blue dwelling located in Corjeuți (1.20 L) in the district of Briceni (north of the country).

The village of Butuceni has become for some years a real Mecca for Moldovan intellectuals, who have bought half of the village. One of these intellectuals, Victor Borsevici, is the owner since 1996 of the elegant house represented on the stamp above.
