"Pavel Boțu - 90th birth anniversary" postmark on prepaid envelope from Moldova

TAD "90 ans de la naissance de Pavel Boțu" sur enveloppe pré-timbrée de Moldavie

Le 14 juillet 2023, la poste moldave a mis en circulation un TAD spécial consacré au 90ème anniversaire (jour pour jour) de la naissance du poète, diplomate et homme politique Pavel Boțu (1933-1987).
Ce TAD, conçu par Eugeniu Verebceanu, a été appliqué par le bureau principal de Chişinău (MD-2012) sur cette enveloppe pré-timbrée (1,75 L, tirage : 10000, conception : Vitaliu Pogolșa), mise en circulation le 13 juillet 2013 à l'occasion du 80ème anniversaire de la naissance de Pavel Boțu. Merci beaucoup Nicolae !
Dans beaucoup de ses poèmes en prose, comme Zodiac (1971), Casă în Bugeac (1973), Ruguri (1975), Scrieri alese (1983), Pavel Boțu parle de sa région natale du Boudjak, située aujourd'hui en Ukraine, dans le sud de la République de Moldavie. 
On July 14, 2023, the Post of Moldova put into circulation a special postmark dedicated to the 90th anniversary (to the day) of the birth of the poet, diplomat and politician Pavel Boțu (1933-1987).
This postmark, designed by Eugeniu Verebceanu, was applied by the main post office of Chişinău (MD-2012) on this prepaid envelope (1.75 L, print run: 10,000, design: Vitaliu Pogolșa), put into circulation on July 13 2013 on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the birth of Pavel Boțu. In many of his prose poems, such as Zodiac (1971), Casă în Bugeac (1973), Ruguri (1975), Scrieri alese (1983), Pavel Boțu writes about his native region of Budjak, located today in Ukraine, in the south of the Republic of Moldova.

En 1959, Pavel Boțu fait ses débuts avec le livre de poésie "Baștina" et est nommé écrivain au journal "Moldova Socialistă", section littérature, culture et art. En 1965, il est élu président du comité directeur de l'Union des écrivains de Moldavie , poste qu'il occupe pendant un nombre record de 22 ans, jusqu'à son décès en 1987.
En 1973, il participe au Congrès international des soldats de la paix à Moscou et reçoit le Prix d'État dans le domaine de la littérature. En 1984, il fut élu à plusieurs reprises député du Soviet suprême de la Moldavie, qu'il a présidé entre 1980 et 1985. En 1986, il était chef de la délégation officielle moldave aux USA.
L'autre timbre ci-dessus (10 L) fait partie de la série EUROPA (2 timbres) émise le 28 avril 2023, illustrant cette année le thème "La Paix - la valeur humaine la plus importante" ("Pacea - cea mai înaltă valoare a umanității" en roumain).
In 1959, Pavel Boțu made his debut with the poetry book "Baștina" and was appointed writer in the newspaper "Moldova Socialistă", literature, culture and art section. In 1965, he was elected chairman of the steering committee of the Writers' Union of Moldova, a position he held for a record 22 years, until his death in 1987.
In 1973 he participated in the International Congress of Peacekeepers in Moscow and received the State Prize in the field of literature. In 1984, he was repeatedly elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of Moldova, which he chaired between 1980 and 1985. In 1986, he was head of the official Moldovan delegation to the USA.
