Enveloppe pré-timbrée française du Père Noël, version 2023 !
Style identique à 2020, 2021 et 2022 concernant les enveloppes pré-timbrées 2023 envoyées par le secrétariat du Père Noël (employant environ 60 personnes) en France, ouvert entre le 14 novembre et le 20 décembre 2023 cette année.
Situé à Libourne (département de la Gironde), ce secrétariat fête cette
année ses 61 ans d'existence et a reçu en 2022 plus d'un million de
lettres (y compris environ 100000 courriers électroniques) d'enfants (plus ou moins grands !) en provenance de près de 130 pays différents !
Comme
de
coutume, un timbre personnalisé (type "IDTimbre"), représentant deux bonhommes de neige sous un ciel étoilé, est pré-imprimé
sur
cette enveloppe, valable pour un envoi "Lettre Verte" jusqu'à 50g (2,32 €
actuellement).
Same style as 2020, 2021 and 2022 for the 2023 prepaid envelopes sent by the Santa Claus secretariat (employing about 60 people) in France, open between November 14 and December 20, 2023 this year.
Located in Libourne (department of
Gironde - 33), this secretariat celebrates this year its 61 years of
existence and received in 2022 more than 1 million letters (including about 100,000
emails) from (more or less old) children from about 130 different
countries!
As usual, a personalized stamp (type "IDTimbre"), featuring two snowmen under a starry sky, is pre-printed on this envelope, valid for a "Green Letter" shipment up to 50g (€2.32 currently).
Cette limite de poids de 50g est surprenante puisqu'elle n'existe plus,
les 2 premiers échelons de poids étant 0-20g et 20g-100g...
A noter à nouveau l'absence de date précise d'envoi sur cette enveloppe mais
seulement un TAD rond de couleur rouge (également pré-imprimé) avec la
mention "Traineau - Père Noël", l'année "2023" et "33500 Libourne".
Comme en 2020, 2021 et 2022 : la mention du Secrétariat du Père Noël
en haut à gauche et la mention "Lettre Verte" ("Lettre Prioritaire
Internationale" les années précédentes) à côté du timbre.
A noter cette
simili-flamme postale bleue représentant le Père Noël sur son traineau.
Comme en 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 et 2022, aucune mention cette année sur l'enveloppe de l'auteur des
illustrations reproduites sur le timbre (uniquement sur la lettre du Père Noël accompagnant ce courrier)...
This weight limit of 50g is surprising since it no longer exists, the first two weight steps being 0-20g and 20g-100g...
To note again the absence of a precise
date of shipment on this cover but only a round and red postmark (also pre-printed) with the
words "Traineau - Père Noël" ("Sled - Santa Claus"), the year "2023" and "33500 Libourne".
As in 2020, 2021 and 2022: the mention of the "Secrétariat du
Père Noël" at the top left and the mention "Lettre Verte" ("International
Priority Letter" the previous years) next to the stamp.
To note this year this pre-printed blue picturial cancellation depicting Santa Claus on his sled.
As in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, no
mention this year on the envelope of the author of the illustrations reproduced on the
stamp (only on the letter from Santa Claus accompanying this mail) ...
Comme en 2020, 2021 et 2022 également concernant l'autre côté de cette enveloppe
ci-dessus : aucune illustration mais une curieuse adresse du Père Noël
en Laponie (1, rue des Enfants Sages), la mention "PL 8216" rappelant le
Village du Père Noël à Rovaniemi en Finlande, à quelques kilomètres du
cercle polaire arctique.
A noter la présence d'un pictogramme indiquant que l'enveloppe, la lettre et la carte postale peuvent être triées et recyclées.
As in 2020, 2021 and 2022 also concerning the other side of this envelope above: no illustration but a
curious address of Santa Claus in Lapland ("1, rue des Enfants Sages" -
"1 Good Children Street"), the mention "PL 8216" reminding the Santa
Claus Village in Rovaniemi, Finland , a few kilometers from the Arctic
Circle.
To note the presence of a pictogram indicating that the envelope, the letter and the postcard can be sorted and recycled.

is the letter signed by Santa Claus accompanying this mail, with header
from the "Secrétariat du Père Noël", including its geographical
coordinates in Libourne - 44°55' north 0°13' west.
The mention on the right on this letter indicates that the illustrations were designed this year by the digital division of the integrated communications agency Havas Paris.
Finally, below is the coloring postcard also sent inside this envelope, representing a decorated Christmas tree.
