EUROPA 2025 (National Archaeological Discoveries) stamp set on FDC from Luxembourg

Série EUROPA 2025 (Découvertes archéologiques nationales) sur FDC du Luxembourg 

Le thème choisi par l'association PostEurop pour les timbres EUROPA 2025 est intitulé "Découvertes archéologiques nationales".
Le 6 mai 2025, la poste du Luxembourg a mis en circulation une très jolie série (2 timbres) illustrant ce thème, en collaboration avec l'Institut National de Recherches Archéologiques (INRA).
Ces 2 timbres (conception : Agence Créa Post Luxembourg, tirage : 30000 chacun), imprimés en feuillet de 10 timbres, figurent sur le FDC officiel ci-dessous, avec TAD de Luxembourg.
J'aime beaucoup ce TAD Premier Jour conçu à partir d'une tête de statue antique de femme.
Le timbre à gauche ("L50g" pour un envoi domestique jusqu'à 50g, 1,20€ actuellement) est consacré au théâtre gallo-romain de Dalheim/Ricciacum, situé dans le sud-est du Grand-Duché du Luxembourg.
The theme chosen by the PostEurop association for the EUROPA 2025 stamps is entitled "National Archaeological Discoveries".
On May 6, 2025, the Luxembourg Post released a very attractive set (two stamps) illustrating this theme, in collaboration with the National Institute of Archaeological Research (INRA).
These two stamps (design: Agence Créa Post Luxembourg, print run: 30,000 each), printed in a sheetlet of 10 stamps, are present on the official FDC below, with cancellation from Luxembourg.
I really love this First Day postmark designed from the head of an antique female statue.
The stamp on the left ("L50g" for domestic mail up to 50g, currently €1.20) is dedicated to the Gallo-Roman theater of Dalheim/Ricciacum, located in the southeast of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.  

Découvert par hasard en 1985, ce théâtre remarquablement bien conservé constitue l'un des sites les plus importants de l'époque romaine au Luxembourg, tant sur le plan archéologique que touristique. Construit au début du 2ème siècle, il pouvait accueillir jusqu'à 3000 personnes et a été le centre culturel, religieux et administratif de toute une région pendant plus de deux siècles. 
L'autre timbre ("L50g" pour un envoi en Europe jusqu'à 50g, 1,70€ actuellement) est consacré à la villa gallo-romaine de Schieren (centre du pays). Avec ses 13 dépendances connues, un complexe thermal avec des bassins d'eau chauffés et un bâtiment principal impressionnant, cette villa (fouillée depuis 2013) couvre une superficie de plus de 7 hectares. Le bâtiment principal disposait d'une colonnade ouverte et l'intérieur était décoré de peintures murales colorées présentant des motifs mythologiques, figuratifs et géométriques. Des vestiges d'un sol en mosaïque multicolore ont par ailleurs été découverts. 
Discovered by chance in 1985, this theatre is one of the most important Roman sites in Luxembourg, both from an archaeological and a tourism perspective, thanks to its good state of preservation. Built at the beginning of the 2nd century, the theatre was able to seat up to 3,000 people and served as the cultural, religious and administrative centre of an entire region for over two centuries.
The other stamp ("L50g" for shipping within Europe up to 50g, currently €1.70) is dedicated to the Gallo-Roman villa of Schieren (central Luxembourg). With 13 known outbuildings, a thermal bath complex with heated pools, and a typical main building, this villa (excavated since 2013) covers an area of over seven hectares. The main building had an open colonnade, and its interior was decorated with colourful murals featuring mythological, figurative and geometric designs. The remains of a multicoloured mosaic floor were also found.
