60 years of the Christkindl Post Office in Austria

Pour la 60ème fois depuis 1950, la poste autrichienne a ouvert un bureau de poste spécial ("Sonderpostamt") dans le village de Christkindl, en Haute-Autriche, qui tient son nom de l'église de pèlerinage de l'Enfant-Jésus ("Christkindl" en allemand).
J'ai déjà évoqué l'année dernière sur ce blog ce bureau de poste spécial de Christkindl qui dispose, depuis 1965, de deux oblitérations spéciales valables respectivement pour les fêtes de Noël (du 20 novembre au 26 décembre) et pour les voeux de nouvelle année (du 27 décembre au 6 janvier).
J'ai eu la chance de recevoir cette intéressante lettre ci-dessous, postée le jour d'ouverture de ce bureau de poste spécial, avec l'oblitération de Noël représentant cette année l'Enfant-Jésus devant un arbre de Noël. Merci beaucoup Edna :-)
For the 60th time since 1950, the Austrian Post has opened a special post office ("Sonderpostamt") in the village of Christkindl, Upper Austria, which takes its name from the pilgrimage Church of the Child Jesus ("Christkindl" in German).
I've already mentioned last year on this blog this Christkindl's special post office offering, since 1965, two special cancellations valid respectively for Christmas season (from November 20 to December 26) and New Year's greetings (from December 27 to January 6).
I was fortunate enough to receive this interesting cover below, posted on the opening day of the special post office, with the Christmas postmark depicting this year Child Jesus in front of a Christmas tree. Thank you very much Edna :-)

Pour célébrer ce 60ème anniversaire, la poste autrichienne a choisi de représenter un détail de la fresque du dôme de l'église de Christkindl sur son timbre de Noël, émis le 20 novembre 2009.
Ce timbre à 55c figure en haut à droite sur cette lettre. Cette fresque consacrée à l'Assomption a été peinte vers 1710 par Johann Carl von Reslfeld.
Cette église, consacrée en 1725, est à l'origine d'un pèlerinage autour de la petite figurine en cire miraculeuse de l'Enfant-Jésus qui aurait contribué en 1695 à la guérison d'un épileptique...
Edna a complété son affranchissement avec les 2 nouveaux timbres de distributeur (avec la mention "Sonderpostamt"), mis en circulation également le 20 novembre 2009, représentant des cristaux de neige (10c) à gauche et un marché de Noël sous la neige (5c) à droite.
A noter que ces vignettes sont également proposées avec 3 autres mentions ("Numiphil 2009", "Philatelie.Shop" et "Christkindl 09").
A noter enfin que la poste autrichienne propose aussi cette de nombreux timbres personnalisés ("Meine.Marke") consacrés à ce 60ème anniversaire...
To celebrate this 60th anniversary, the Austrian Post has chosen to reproduce a detail from the fresco of the dome of the Christkindl Church on its Christmas stamp, issued on November 20, 2009.
This 55c stamp is included in the upper right part of this letter. This fresco dedicated to the Assumption was painted around 1710 by Johann Carl von Reslfeld.
This Church, consecrated in 1725, sparks off a pilgrimage around the little miraculous wax figurine of the Child Jesus that have contributed in 1695 to the healing of an epileptic...
Edna has completed her postage with the two new vending machine stamps (with the "Sonderpostamt" mention), also released on November 20, 2009, featuring snow crystals (10c) on the left and a Christmas market in the snow (5c ) on the right.
It's worth noting that these ATM stamps are also available with three other mentions ("Numiphil 2009", "Philatelie.Shop" and "Christkindl 09").
Finally, note that the Austrian postal service also offers this year many personalized stamps ("Meine.Marke") devoted to this 60th anniversary...
