Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in Poland

Pour célébrer la 20ème Grande Finale du Grand Orchestre de Charité de Noël ("Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy" ou "WOŚP" en polonais), la poste polonaise a émis un bloc-feuillet spécial le 8 janvier 2012.
C'est ce bloc, conçu par Jerzy Owsiak, Magdalena Jabłońska, Katarzyna Sasin et Krystiana Konieczna, qui figure sur le joli FDC officiel ci-dessous avec timbre à date Premier Jour de Varsovie.

To celebrate the 20th Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity ("Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy" or "WOŚP" in Polish), the Polish Post has issued a special souvenir sheet on January 8, 2012.
It's that sheet, designed by Jerzy Owsiak, Magdalena Jabłońska, Katarzyna Sasin and Krystiana Konieczna, that appears on the nice official FDC below with a cancellation from Warsaw.

Le Grand Orchestre de Charité de Noël est une organisation caritative non-gouvernementale créée en 1993 afin d'améliorer la santé des enfants en particulier en équipant en matériel approprié les hôpitaux publics polonais.
La Grande Finale, qui a lieu chaque début d'année et est sponsorisée par de grandes compagnies polonaises et étrangères, est une manifestation d'un jour lors de laquelle des volontaires récoltent des fonds à travers tout le pays. Un coeur rouge autocollant, comme celui qui figure dans la marge de ce bloc en bas à droite, est remis à chaque généreux donateur.
L'évènement le plus important a lieu dans la palais de la culture et de la science à Varsovie le jour de cette Grande Finale et des feux d'artifice sont tirés dans les grandes villes de Pologne.
A noter que la poste polonaise avait déjà émis des timbres consacrés à cette Grande Finale en 2004 (l'année ou l'association a été déclarée d'utilité publique) et en 2005...
The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity is a charity non-governmental organization created in 1993 to improve the health of children in particular by fitting appropriate equipment to public hospitals in Poland.
The Grand Finale, which takes place at the beginning of each year and that is sponsored by Polish and foreign companies, is a one-day event when volunteers collect money throughout the country. A red heart sticker, like the one in the lower right margin of this sheet, is given to every generous donor.
The most important event takes place in the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw on the day of the Grand Finale and a firework show is set in all the main cities of Poland.
To note that the Polish Post has already issued stamps devoted to this Grand Finale in 2004 (the year when the association was declared of public utility) and 2005...
