Intéressante lettre du Cambodge

A new attractive cover from Cambodia

Merci beaucoup Juris pour cette jolie lettre postée le 25 février 2012 de Phnom Penh, la capitale cambodgienne :-)
A noter la mention "Cambodge" en français sur les 3 cachets postaux ainsi que sur les 2 timbres courants à gauche alors que le 3ème timbre à droite mentionne "Kingdom of Cambodia" ("Royaume du Cambodge") en anglais...
Pour rappel, le royaume du Cambodge, membre de l'organisation internationale de la Francophonie depuis 1993, a logiquement émis (jusqu'en 2003) des timbres comportant des mentions à la fois en khmer et en français, remplacées ensuite par des mentions en anglais...

To note the word "Cambodge" in French in the three postmarks and on the two stamps on the left while the third stamp to the right includes "Kingdom of Cambodia" in English...
As a reminder, the Kingdom of Cambodia, a member of the International Organization of la Francophonie since 1993, has logically issued (until 2003) stamps containing mentions in both Khmer and French, later replaced by words in English...

Le timbre à droite (800 R) a été émis 50 ans jour pour jour (le 18 février 2005, série de 6 timbres) après la création de la croix-rouge cambodgienne, la plus importante organisation humanitaire du pays. Ce timbre, incluant curieusement le millésime "2004", montre l'épouse du premier ministre cambodgien, Bun Rany Hun Sen, en tant que présidente de cette organisation depuis 1998.
Le timbre à gauche (1700 R) fait partie d'une série courante de 7 timbres, émise le 30 septembre 1997, consacrée à des jardins publics et au projet d'irrigation Tuk Chha ici.
Le dernier timbre (1200 R) fait partie d'une autre série courante émise en 1998 représentant différents temples, le Baphûon (Prasat Bapuon) ici, faisant partie du complexe d'Angkor, construit au 11ème siècle à la gloire de Shiva.
The stamp to the right (R 800) was issued 50 years to the day (on 18 February 2005 in a set of six stamps) after the creation of the Cambodian Red Cross, the largest humanitarian organization in the country. This stamp, including curiously the year "2004", shows the wife of current Cambodian Prime Minister, Bun Rany Hun Sen, as president of this organization since 1998.
The stamp to the left (R 1,700) is part of a definitive series of seven stamps, issued on September 30, 1997, devoted to public gardens and to the irrigation project of Tuk Chha here.
The last stamp (R 1,200) is part of another definitive set issued in 1998 depicting different temples, the Baphuon (Prasat Bapuon) here, part of the Angkor complex, built in the 11th century and dedicated to Shiva.
