20 ans de la poste et hommage à Belsazar Hacquet en Slovénie

Le 30 janvier 2015, la poste slovène avait mis en circulation plusieurs timbres dont les 2 exemplaires utilisés pour affranchir la jolie lettre ci-dessous envoyée le 1er février 2016 de Ljubljana, la capitale du pays. Merci beaucoup Petra !
Le bloc-feuillet (conception : Tandem & Co.), composé d'un timbre à 2,25€, célèbre les 20 ans de la création de la poste slovène "Pošta Slovenije", 4 ans après l'indépendance du pays.
Suite à une décision du parlement, l'entreprise PTT Slovenije a été scindée en 1995 en 2 entités : Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., détenue à 100% par l'état et Telekom Slovenije d.d., détenue en majorité par l'état (environ 78%).
Une de ses premières missions fut de remettre en état le réseau des bureaux postaux et centres de tri du pays qui étaient alors dans un état catastrophique.
On January 30, 2015, the Slovenian Post had issued several stamps including the 2 ones used to frank the nice letter below sent on February 1, 2016 from Ljubljana, the capital of the country. Thank you very much Petra !
The souvenir sheet (design : Tandem & Co.), consisting of a € 2.25 stamp, celebrated the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Slovenian Post, "Pošta Slovenije", 4 years after the country's independence.
Following a decision of the parliament, the company PTT Slovenije was split in 1995 into two entities : Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., 100% owned by the State and Telekom Slovenije d.d., majority owned by the State (about 78%).
One of its first assignments was to rehabilitate the network of post offices and mail sorting centers in the country that were then in a very bad condition.

A noter le slogan "20 ans de fonctionnement indépendant" dans la marge de ce bloc-feuillet, mettant en scène un employé emblématique de l'entreprise, un facteur (sur fond de cor postal).
L'autre timbre (1,33€, conception : Andrej Žagar) commémore le 200ème anniversaire de la mort de Belsazar (ou Baltazar) Hacquet (1739-1815), chirurgien, professeur d'anatomie et naturaliste.
Né en Bretagne (France), Hacquet s'installa dans la région historique slovène de Carniole à partir de 1766 et s'intéressa à de nombreux domaines comme la chimie, la géologie (il fut un des premiers à explorer les Alpes juliennes), la paléontologie, la botanique, l'ethnologie et la langue slovène.
Défenseur de la pensée des Lumières, ardent défenseur de l'éducation, il lutta contre les superstitions populaires et l'hypocrisie religieuse et publia près de 140 articles et documents.

The other stamp (€ 1.33, design : Andrej Žagar) commemorates the 200th anniversary of the death of Belsazar (or Baltazar) Hacquet (1739-1815), surgeon, professor of anatomy and naturalist.
Born in Brittany, France, Hacquet settled in the Slovenian historical region of Carniola from 1766 and was interested in many fields such as chemistry, geology (he was one of the first to explore the Julian Alps), paleontology, botany, ethnology and Slovene-speaking population.
Defender of the Enlightenment thought, staunch advocate of education, he struggled against popular superstitions and religious hypocrisy and published nearly 140 articles and documents.
