66ème Congrès du Groupement Philatélique du Massif Central à Beaumont

Après Cusset en 2015, le 66ème congrès du Groupement Philatélique du Massif Central (GPMC) a eu lieu cette année les 24 et 25 septembre 2016 dans la ville de Beaumont (Puy-de-Dôme).
Pour rappel, ce groupement affilié à la FFAP (XX) fédère 24 associations philatéliques des 3 départements de la région Limousin et des 4 départements de la région Auvergne.
Ce congrès avait lieu dans le cadre du 100ème anniversaire de l'Association Philatélique et Cartophile d'Auvergne (APCA).
Un exposition philatélique était organisée à cette occasion (200 panneaux de timbres et planches, 8 négociants, plusieurs pôles thématiques dont un consacré à la philatélie polaire, en partenariat avec l'UFPP-SATA) avec un stand "APCA-La Poste" en particulier.
After Cusset in 2015, the 66th Congress of the Massif Central Philatelic Group (GPMC) took place this year on 24 and 25 September 2016 in the town of Beaumont (Puy-de-Dôme).
As a reminder, this Group affilated to the FFAP (French Federation of Philatelic Associations) federates 24 philatelic associations of  the three departments of the Limousin region and the four departments of the Auvergne region. 
This Congress was held as part of the 100th anniversary of the Association Philatélique et Cartophile d'Auvergne (APCA).
A philatelic exhibition was organized on this occasion (200 stamp frames, 8 stamp traders, several thematic clusters including one about polar philately, in partnership with the UFPP-SATA) with a "APCA-La Poste" stand in particular.

Un bureau temporaire de La Poste proposait au public un TAD spécial à l'occasion de ce 66ème congrès, appliqué sur la très jolie lettre ci-dessus (avec le blason historique de l'Auvergne à gauche). Merci beaucoup Jean-Claude !
Ce TAD mentionne ce 66ème congrès ainsi que les 100 ans (1916-2016) de l'APCA (appelée "Société Philatélique d'Auvergne" entre 1916 et 1995) et inclut au centre le logo de l'APCA, une pince à timbres et le monument du plateau de Gergovie.
Ce même emblème est reproduit sur le timbre personnalisé (MonTimbraMoi, "Lettre Verte 20g") ci-dessus, émis à l'occasion de ce congrès.
Ce monument (architecte : Jean Teillard) a été érigé en pierres de Volvic en 1903 sur le plateau de Gergovie où eu lieu en 52 avant JC la célèbre bataille de Gergovie qui opposa Vercingétorix aux légions romaines de Jules César.
Ce monument figurait déjà sur la LISA émise en 2014 à l'occasion du salon philatélique de Printemps organisé à Clermont-Ferrand.
A temporary post office offered to the public a special postmark on the occasion of this 66th Congress, applied on the very nice letter above (with the historical coat of arms of Auvergne on the left). Thank you very much Jean-Claude !
This postmark mentions this 66th Congress as well as the 100 years (1916-2016) of the APCA and includes in its center the APCA's logo, one stamp tong and the monument of the Gergovie plateau.
The same emblem is reproduced on the personalized stamp (MonTimbraMoi, "Green Letter 20g") above, issued on the occasion of this Congress.
This monument (architect : Jean Teillard) was erected in stones of Volvic in 1903 on the plateau of Gergovie where took place in 52 BC the famous Battle of Gergovia between Vercingetorix and the Roman legions of Julius Caesar. 
This monument was already featured on the LISA issued in 2014 on the occasion of the "Salon Philatélique de Printemps" organized in Clermont-Ferrand.
