Le 3 mai 2017, la poste moldave a mis en circulation un nouveau TAD (le 15ème du même type cette année) ayant pour thème le 25ème anniversaire de l'établissement de relations diplomatiques entre la Moldavie et d'autres pays, la Pologne cette fois.
La République de Pologne a reconnu l'indépendance de la République de Moldavie le 27 décembre 1991 avant d'officialiser ces relations diplomatiques le 3 mai 1992.
Les 2 pays disposent d'ambassades respectives à Varsovie et Chișinău et entretiennent de bonnes relations économiques ou politiques, la Pologne accompagnant en particulier la Moldavie dans son processus d'intégration européenne.
On May 3, 2017, the Post of Moldova put into circulation a new postmark (the 15th of the same type this year) devoted to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Moldova and other countries, Poland this time.
The Republic of Poland recognized the independence of the Republic of Moldova on December 27, 1991 before formalizing diplomatic relations on May 3, 1992.
Both countries have respective embassies in Warsaw and Chişinău and have good economic or political relations, Poland in particular supporting Moldova in its process of European integration.
Dévoilé en présence de l'ambassadeur de Pologne, Artur Michalski, et du vice-ministre des affaires étrangères de Moldavie, Lilian Darii, ce TAD (à nouveau conçu par Lilian Iațco) représente la forteresse de Soroca (déjà présente sur le TAD consacré aux relations entre la Moldavie et la Chine) et le château royal de Varsovie, résidence officielle des anciens rois de Pologne (détruit en 1944, reconstruit entre 1971 et 1984).
Merci beaucoup Nicolae pour cette enveloppe ci-dessus (conception : Lilian Iațco, tirage : 5000) incluant ce TAD de Chișinău (MD-2012), affranchie avec un timbre personnalisé à 1,20 L (modèle de 2009, imprimé en feuille de 24 timbres) représentant ces 2 mêmes monuments !
Unveiled in the presence of the Polish Ambassador Artur Michalski and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova Lilian Darii, this postmark (again designed by Lilian Iaţco) represents the fortress of Soroca (already featured on the postmark about relations between Moldova and China) and the Royal Castle in Warsaw, the official residence of the former Kings of Poland (destroyed in 1944, rebuilt between 1971 and 1984).
Thank you very much Nicolae for this envelope above (design : Lilian Iaţco, print run : 5,000) including this postmark from Chişinău (MD-2012), franked with a personalized (L 1.20) stamp (2009 model, printed in sheet of 24 stamps) depicting the same two monuments!
Nicolae a complété son affranchissement avec 2 autres timbres au dos de cette enveloppe ci-dessus, afin d'atteindre le tarif en vigueur pour un envoi prioritaire de moins de 20g vers la France (11 L actuellement).
Le timbre à droite (7,75 roubles puis 7,75 L depuis le 1er février 2006) fait partie d'une série de 4 timbres (conception : Pál Varga), émise le 20 juillet 1992, représentant un même motif d'avion supersonique, avec des couleurs différentes.
L'autre timbre (2,50 L) fait partie de la série EUROPA, composée de 3 timbres, émise le 18 juin 1994, dont le thème était consacré aux grandes découvertes. A travers cette série, la poste moldave a choisi d'évoquer la recherche spatiale et en particulier le 25ème anniversaire du 1er module lunaire (mission Apollo 9 en 1969) ici.
Nicolae completed his postage with 2 other stamps on the back of this envelope above, in order to reach the current tariff for a priority shipment up to 20g sent to France (L 11.00 currently).
The stamp on the right (7.75 rubles and then 7.75 Leu from February 1, 2006) is part of a series of 4 stamps (design : Pál Varga), issued on July 20, 1992, depicting the same supersonic aircraft, with different colors.
The other stamp (L 2.50) is part of the EUROPA series, consisting of 3 stamps, issued on June 18, 1994, whose theme was dedicated to great discoveries. Through this series, the Post of Moldova has chosen to evoke space research and in particular the 25th anniversary of the first lunar module (Apollo 9 Mission in 1969) here.
