TAD "72ème Congrès du Groupement Philatélique du Massif Central" sur lettre de France

La Société philatélique de Vichy et ses environs a fêté son 100ème anniversaire à la salle des fêtes de Vichy (03) les 24 et 25 septembre 2022, avec une exposition qualificative pour le championnat de France, le 72ème Congrès du Groupement Philatélique du Massif Central (GPMC) et la mise en circulation de deux timbres personnalisés émis pour l'occasion. 
Pour rappel, ce groupement affilié à la FFAP (XX) fédère 22 associations philatéliques des 3 départements de l'ancienne région Limousin et des 4 départements de l'ancienne région Auvergne, dont l'Allier où la ville de Vichy est située.
Un bureau temporaire de La Poste proposait un TAD spécial à l'occasion de ce 72oème congrès, appliqué sur la jolie lettre ci-dessus. Merci beaucoup Jean-Claude ! 
The Philatelic Society of Vichy and its surroundings ("Société philatélique de Vichy et ses environs") celebrated its 100th anniversary at the Vichy (03) municipal hall on September 24 and 25, 2022, with a qualifying exhibition for the French championship, the 72nd Congress of the Massif Central Philatelic Group (GPMC) and the circulation of two personalized stamps issued for the occasion.
As a reminder, this Group affilated to the FFAP (French Federation of Philatelic Associations) federates 22 philatelic associations of  the three departments of the former Limousin region and the four departments of the former Auvergne region, including Allier where the town of Vichy is located.
A temporary postal office offered a special postmark on the occasion of this 72th Congress, applied on the nice envelope below. Thank you very much Jean-Claude! 

 

Ce TAD mentionne également les 100 ans de la Société philatélique de Vichy et ses environs, fondée en 1922 par les docteurs Sollaud, Cornillon, Gally, Marandet, Thévenin et Joly.
Un des 2 timbres personnalisés (type "MonTimbraMoi", tarif "Lettre Verte 20g") proposés au public lors de cette manifestation a été utilisé sur cette lettre, consacré également aux 100 ans de la Société philatélique de Vichy et ses environs (SPV).
Ce timbre reproduit une illustration du dessinateur Jérôme Schirtzinger (né en 1976 à Clermont-Ferrand), alias Cheub, un graphiste passionné qui s'exprime depuis quelques années au travers d'expositions pour enfants. Les créatures fantastiques, telles que Tarasque, Minotaure et autres constituent son univers drôle et délicieusement déjanté.

Entre technique traditionnelle et illustration numérique, Cheub donne vie à ses personnages avec une petite préférence pour les "animaux humanisés", comme cet éléphant philatéliste en tenue de Robin des Bois ici.

One of the two personalized stamps ("MonTimbraMoi" type, "Green Letter 20g" rate) offered to the public during this event was used on this cover, also dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Philatelic Society of Vichy and its surroundings (SPV).

This stamp reproduces an illustration by the cartoonist Jérôme Schirtzinger (born in 1976 in Clermont-Ferrand), alias Cheub, a passionate graphic designer who has been expressing himself for several years through exhibitions for children. Fantastic creatures, such as Tarasque, Minotaur and others constitute his funny and deliciously crazy universe.

Between traditional technique and digital illustration, Cheub brings his characters to life with a slight preference for "humanized animals", such as this philatelist elephant in Robin Hood's outfit here.
