TAD spécial "70 ans de l'association philatélique de Podgorica" sur lettre du Monténégro

Un grand merci Aleksandra et Mihailo pour l'envoi de cette enveloppe spéciale (tirage : 100) mise en circulation à l'occasion du 70ème anniversaire de l'association philatélique de Podgorica, la capitale du Monténégro!
Créée en 1952, cette association, présidée par Mihailo Radičević depuis 12 ans, est composée aujourd'hui de seulement 20 membres (150 membres autrefois).
A noter ce TAD bleu spécial du 24 juin 2022 évoquant ce 70ème anniversaire et l'utilisation d'un timbre (0,30€, tirage : 50000) émis le 12 décembre 2019 à l'occasion de la Journée du Timbre ("Dan Marke").
Ce timbre, conçu par Zoran Popović, est consacré à Simo Popović, considéré comme l'auteur du premier timbre émis dans le pays.

Created in 1952, this association, chaired by Mihailo Radičević for 12 years, is today composed of only 20 members (150 members in the past).
To note this special blue postmark of June 24, 2022 evoking this 70th anniversary and the use of a stamp (€0.30, print run: 50,000) issued on December 12, 2019 on the occasion of Stamp Day ("Dan Marke").
This stamp, designed by Zoran Popović, is dedicated to Simo Popović, considered the author of the first stamp issued in the country.

 

Simo Popović était un célèbre écrivain, auteur et homme politique. Il s'est distingué en tant que secrétaire du prince Nikola, qui lui a donné le titre de duc. Il a représenté le Monténégro dans diverses missions diplomatiques et politiques. Il était également gouverneur de la région côtière monténégrine.
Dans l'histoire des services postaux du Monténégro, le duc Simo Popović a été enregistré comme l'auteur du premier timbre-poste en 1874, représentant le prince Nikola, prince souverain du Monténégro de 1860 à 1910 puis roi du pays de 1910 à 1918.
A noter sur cette enveloppe le Mémorial du soldat partisan, érigé en 1957 sur la colline de Gorica à Podgorica. Ce monument, conçu par les sculpteurs Drago Đurović et Vojislav Đokić, est dédié aux 97 héros du peuple du Monténégro, tués autour de Podgorica pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.

Simo Popović was a famous writer, author and politician. He stood out as Secretary of Prince Nikola, who gave him the title of the Duke. He represented Montenegro in various diplomatic and political missions. He was also the governor of the Montenegrin-coastal region.

In the history of Montenegro postal services, Duke Simo Popović was recorded as the author of the first postage stamp in 1874, depicting Prince Nikola, sovereign prince of Montenegro from 1860 to 1910 and then king of the country from 1910 to 1918.

To note on this envelope the Monument of the partisan soldier, erected in 1957 on the Gorica hill in Podgorica. This monument, designed by sculptors Drago Đurović and Vojislav Đokić, is dedicated to the 97 heroes of the people of Montenegro who were killed around Podgorica during World War II.
