"75th anniversary of the independence of India" s/s on cover from Peru

Bloc-feuillet "75ème anniversaire de l'indépendance de l'Inde" sur lettre du Pérou

Le 26 août 2022 a eu lieu une cérémonie au siège de l'ambassade de l'Inde au Pérou, en présence du vice-ministre des communications péruvien et de l'ambassadeur de l'Inde au Pérou, Mandarapu Subbarayudu, de dévoilement d'un bloc-feuillet mis en circulation par la poste péruvienne Serpost à l'occasion du 75ème anniversaire de l'indépendance de l'Inde.
A noter qu'il s'agissait de la 1ère émission de timbre de l'année au Pérou parmi les 38 émissions planifiées sur le 2ème semestre 2022.
Ce bloc-feuillet (1,20 sols, tirage : 5000) a été utilisé sur cette jolie lettre envoyée le 14 novembre 2022 (aucune date ne figure sur les TADs...) depuis la ville de Chimbote. Merci beaucoup Cesar ! 
Les 2 pays ont officiellement établi des relations diplomatiques le 26 mars 1963.
On August 26, 2022, a ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Indian Embassy in Peru, in the presence of the Peruvian Deputy Minister of Communications and the Ambassador of India to Peru, Mandarapu Subbarayudu, to unveil a souvenir sheet put into circulation by the Peruvian Post Serpost on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the independence of India.
To note that this was the first stamp issue of the year in Peru among the 38 issues planned for the second half of 2022.
This souvenir sheet (1.20 sols, print run: 5,000) was used on this nice cover sent on November 14, 2022 (no date on the postmarks...) from the town of Chimbote. Thank you very much Cesar!
The two countries officially established diplomatic relations on March 26, 1963.

 

Sur ce bloc-feuillet figurent dans les marges les drapeaux des 2 pays, une poignée de main ainsi que la mention "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" ("Elixir de liberté"), le nom de l'évènement national au cours duquel ce 75ème anniversaire de l'indépendance a été officiellement célébré en Inde le 15 août 2022.
Le timbre comporte simplement la mention "75 années glorieuses de l'indépendance de l'Inde" en espagnol.
Le 15 août 1947, le peuple indien met fin à la domination de l'Empire britannique avec la mise en place d'un gouvernement devenu une référence internationale grâce à la participation courageuse du héros pacifiste Mahatma Gandhi, un leader historique qui a inspiré de grandes causes, pour la justice et la paix dans le monde.
A noter que d'autres administrations postales hors Inde (Serbie, Fidji, Émirats arabes unis, Sri Lanka, Andorre...) ont également émis des timbres en 2022 concernant le 75ème anniversaire de l'indépendance de l'Inde.

On this souvenir sheet are featured in the margins the flags of the two countries, a handshake as well as the mention "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" ("Elixir of freedom"), the name of the national event during which this 75th anniversary of independence was officially celebrated in India on August 15, 2022.

The stamp simply features the words "75 glorious years of Indian independence" in Spanish.

On August 15, 1947, the Indian people put an end to the domination of the British Empire with the establishment of a government that has become an international reference thanks to the courageous participation of the pacifist hero Mahatma Gandhi, a historic leader who inspired great causes, for justice and peace in the world.

To note that other postal administrations outside India (Serbia, Fiji, United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, Andorra...) also issued stamps in 2022 relating to the 75th anniversary of India's independence.
