Meilleurs vœux européens 2023, par Philapostel, depuis Strasbourg

Après le Mont-Saint-Michel, le sommet du Puy-de-Dôme, l'Assemblée Nationale, l'Imprimerie du timbre-poste à Boulazac ou l'île d'Aix, une nouvelle fois l'association philatélique Philapostel offrait aux collectionneurs la possibilité d'envoyer leurs vœux de façon originale, depuis Strasbourg, capitale de l'Europe où siège le Parlement européen et le Conseil de l'Europe, à l'occasion du 30ème anniversaire de l'entrée en vigueur du marché unique européen.
J'ai eu la chance de recevoir 2 exemplaires de ces courriers très spéciaux, envoyés le 1er janvier 2023, affranchis avec un timbre personnalisé ("Lettre Verte 20g") reproduisant une illustration de l'artiste alsacien Patrick Hamm (né en 1960), montrant un facteur à bicyclette, avec la silhouette de la cathédrale de Strasbourg dans le fond, tenant une carte avec mention "bonne année". 
After Mont-Saint-Michel, the Puy-de-Dôme, the National Assembly, the French Post printing house in Boulazac or the island of Aix, once again the philatelic association Philapostel offered collectors the opportunity to send their wishes in an original way, from Strasbourg, capital of Europe where the European Parliament and the Council of Europe sit, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the entry into force of the single European market.
I was lucky enough to receive two copies of these very special covers, sent on January 1, 2023, franked with a personalized stamp ("Green Letter 20g") reproducing an illustration by the Alsatian artist Patrick Hamm (born in 1960), showing a postman on a bicycle, with the silhouette of Strasbourg Cathedral in the background, holding a card with the mention "Happy New Year".

 

Les 12 étoiles du drapeau européen figurent symboliquement dans le ciel, incluant la mention "Envoyez vos vœux européens".
La mention "Meilleurs vœux européens" ainsi que ces 12 étoiles sont également présentes sur le TAD illustré.

Le 1er janvier 1993, les frontières entre les pays de l'Union européenne disparaissent, le marché commun faisait place au marché unique européen.
L'Union européenne visait ainsi à permettre à ses citoyens d'étudier, de vivre, de faire leurs achats, de travailler ou de prendre leur retraite dans n'importe quel pays de l'UE, ainsi que de profiter de produits provenant de toute l'Europe. Elle garantit pour ce faire la libre circulation des biens, des services, des capitaux et des personnes au sein d'un marché intérieur unique. En supprimant les obstacles techniques, juridiques et bureaucratiques, l'UE permet également à ses citoyens de faire du commerce et des affaires librement. 
The 12 stars of the European flag appear symbolically in the sky, including the mention "Send your European greetings" in French.
The mention "Best European wishes" in French as well as these 12 stars are also present on the illustrated postmark.

On January 1, 1993, the borders between the countries of the European Union disappeared, the common market gave way to the single European market.
The European Union thus aimed to enable its citizens to study, live, shop, work or retire in any EU country, as well as to enjoy products from all Europe. To this end, it guarantees the free movement of goods, services, capital and people within a single internal market. By removing technical, legal and bureaucratic obstacles, the EU also enables its citizens to trade and do business freely.

 

A noter sur ces 2 enveloppes cette empreinte noire en bas à gauche indiquant que ces courriers ont été déposés à la PIC (Plateforme industrielle du courrier) de Strasbourg Europe, cela peut-être afin d'éviter une double oblitération mécanique ? 

Ci-dessous la carte qui figurait dans ces enveloppes, la même illustration (un peu datée et kitch à mon goût...) que celle reproduite sur le timbre personnalisé.
Depuis 1952, l'association Philapostel réunit les postiers actifs ou retraités philatélistes. Cette association a donc célébré son 70ème anniversaire en 2022.

To note on these two envelopes this black imprint at the bottom left indicating that these letters were deposited at the PIC (Industrial Mail Platform) of Strasbourg Europe, this perhaps in order to avoid a double mechanical cancellation?

Since 1952, the Philapostel association has brought together active and retired postal workers and philatelists. This association therefore celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2022.
