Lors de la 17ème session du Comité intergouvernemental de sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel immatériel, organisée à Rabat du 28 novembre au 3 décembre 2022, l'UNESCO a inscrit sur la Liste représentative du patrimoine culturel immatériel de l'humanité un nouveau bien : L'art de la blouse traditionnelle avec broderie sur l'épaule (altiţă), élément de l’identité culturelle en Roumanie et en République de Moldavie.
Cet art ("Cămașa cu altiță (Ia)") est en effet un élément essentiel des costumes populaires portés par les hommes et les femmes dans ces 2 pays. Il allie une coupe extrêmement simple et de riches ornements colorés qui sont brodés selon des techniques complexes. Les blouses sont blanches, en fibres naturelles (lin, coton, chanvre ou bourre de soie), et les broderies complexes associent des lignes horizontales, verticales et diagonales pour former un motif et une texture spécifiques.
Les styles et techniques diffèrent selon les régions et l'âge des personnes qui portent les blouses, mais aussi en fonction des compétences des brodeuses. Les motifs et les ornements sont également variés : des formes géométriques et stylisées aux formes organiques, des couleurs sombres aux couleurs vives. 
During the 17th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, held in Rabat from 28 November to 3 December 2022, UNESCO inscribed a new property on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity: The art of the traditional blouse with embroidery on the shoulder (altiţă), an element of cultural identity in Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
This art ("Cămașa cu altiță (Ia)") is indeed an essential part of Romanian and Moldovan folk dress for men and women. It juxtaposes a simple cut with rich and colourful ornamentations that are stitched using complex sewing techniques. The blouses are white and made of natural fibres (flax, cotton, hemp or floss silk), and the complex stitch combines horizontal, vertical and diagonal seams that result in a specific pattern and texture.
The styles and techniques vary according to the region and the wearer’s age, as well as to the skills of the women who create the blouses. The motifs and ornamentation are also varied: from geometric and stylised registers to organic shapes, and from sombre to vivid colours.

De nos jours, l'intérêt pour la fabrication de ces blouses ne cesse de croître, la pratique étant vue à la fois comme un loisir et un moyen d'affirmer son identité nationale et d'entretenir des liens visibles avec le passé.
Le 24 juin 2024, la poste moldave a mis en circulation un joli timbre (5 L, tirage : 200000), conçu par Veronica Coroli et imprimé en feuillet de 10 timbres, consacré à l'inscription de cet art de la blouse traditionnelle avec broderie sur l'épaule (altiţă) sur la Liste représentative du patrimoine culturel immatériel de l'humanité.
Ce timbre, incluant le logo de l'UNESCO, figure sur le FDC officiel ci-dessus (tirage : 200) avec TAD de Chișinău (MD-2012). Merci beaucoup Nicolae !
A noter sur cette enveloppe le document de l'UNESCO mentionnant l'inscription de ce nouveau bien ainsi que différents types de blouses traditionnelles faisant partie des collections du musée national d'ethnographie et d'histoire naturelle. 
Nicolae a utilisé un 2ème joli timbre (3,30 L, tirage : 50000), également conçu par Veronica Coroli à partir d'une œuvre de Iurii Palcov, émis le 1er mars 2024, consacré à la tradition du Mărțișor et en particulier la légende qui l'accompagne ("Legenda Mărțișorului").
Today, interest in creating these blouses is steadily increasing, with the practice viewed as a means of relaxation and of affirming one's national identity and maintaining visible ties to the past.
On June 24, 2024, the Post of Moldova put into circulation a beautiful stamp (5 L, print run: 200,000), designed by Veronica Coroli and printed in a sheetlet of 10 stamps, dedicated to the inscription of this art of the traditional blouse with embroidery on the shoulder (altiţă) on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
This stamp, including the UNESCO logo, is present on the official FDC above (print run: 200) with postmark from Chișinău (MD-2012). Thank you very much Nicolae!
To note on this envelope the UNESCO document mentioning the inscription of this new property as well as different types of traditional blouses that are part of the collections of the National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History.
