Après Vertou en 2018, la 43ème édition de Marcophilex, une exposition philatélique internationale consacrée à l'histoire postale et à la marcophilie (étude des marques postales) en général, était organisée cette année à Montrond-les-Bains (42 - Loire) les 12 et 13 octobre 2019.
Comme cela est le cas depuis 2012 (Épernay), une LISA spéciale a été mise en circulation à cette occasion (type LISA 2, tirage : 15000, conception : Geneviève Marot), disponible en libre service sur deux automates installés dans l’enceinte de l'exposition.
C'est cette LISA ("Lettre Verte" - 0,88€) qui figure sur le pli spécial ci-dessous envoyé depuis cette exposition. Merci beaucoup Joël !
Cette exposition Marcophilex est organisée chaque année par l'Union Marcophile et présente au public des collections autour des marques postales déclinées sous différentes formes (marques, oblitérations, flammes sur les lettres et cartes postales), sans thématique particulière cette année.
After Vertou in 2018, the 43rd edition of Marcophilex, an international philatelic exhibition devoted to postal history and marcophily (study of postal marks) in general, was organized this year in Montrond-les-Bains (42 - Loire) on October 12 and 13, 2019.
As it is the case since 2012 (Epernay), a special ATM stamp (LISA) was put into circulation on this occasion (type LISA 2, print run: 15,000, design: Geneviève Marot), available on two automated machines installed during this exhibition.
It is this LISA ("Green Letter" - € 0.88) which was used on the special cover below sent from this exhibition. Thank you very much Joël!
This exhibition Marcophilex is organized every year by the Union Marcophile and presents to the public different collections devoted to postmarks declined in different ways (marks, cancellations, pictorial cancellations on letters and postcards), with no particular theme this year.

Cette LISA représente une vue du château médiéval de Montrond-les-Bains, dont la construction a débuté au 12ème siècle et qui subira diverses modifications pour atteindre sa forme définitive à la Renaissance, ainsi qu'un timbre à date de Montrond-les-Bains du 28 octobre 1957 à droite.
Le donjon de ce château, également représenté sur le TAD (conception : Monika Nowacka), abrite sur 3 étages le Musée Postal du Forez.
La 44ème édition de Marcophilex aura lieu les 10 et 11 octobre 2020 à Monéteau (Yonne).
This exhibition Marcophilex XLIII was organized in collaboration with the Philatelic Association of Saint-Etienne.
This LISA is featuring a view of the medieval castle of Montrond-les-Bains, the construction of which started in the 12th century and underwent various modifications to reach its final form in the Renaissance, as well as a postmark of Montrond-les-Bains from October 28, 1957 on the right.
The keep of this castle, also depicted on the postmark (design: Monika Nowacka), houses on 3 floors the Forez Postal Museum.
The 44th edition of Marcophilex will take place on 10 and 11 October 2020 in Monéteau (Yonne).
