Culture, religion, Covid-19 et relations avec la Barbade sur lettre de Colombie

Le timbre en haut à droite (10000 COP, tirage : 150000) a été émis le 26 août 2020 et consacré à la lutte contre la pandémie de Covid-19 dans le pays. Le virus a été détecté pour la première fois le 6 mars 2020 dans le pays et à ce jour, 6,4 millions de personnes infectées ont été recensées et près de 143000 morts. Une campagne de vaccination a débuté le 17 février 2021 et près de 70% de la population a été vaccinée (avec 2 doses).
Le timbre en haut à gauche (500 COP, tirage : 40000), émis le 27 juillet 2024, commémore les 100 ans de présence des jésuites (Compagnie de Jésus), une congrégation catholique masculine fondée par saint Ignace de Loyola en 1539, dans le pays.
La chapelle Saint-Joseph, située dans la ferme San José, à Alto de los Padres, acquise en 1909 par le Père jésuite Zoilo Arjona, est représentée dans le fond sur ce timbre ainsi qu'un plant de café, symbolisant l'importante contribution agricole des jésuites dans le pays. Un vitrail (temple du Sacré-Cœur) représentant saint Ignace de Loyola figure également sur ce timbre.

The stamp on the top right (10,000 COP, print run: 150,000) was issued on August 26, 2020 and dedicated to the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic in the country. The virus was first detected on March 6, 2020 in the country and to date, 6.4 million people have been infected and nearly 143,000 have died. A vaccination campaign began on February 17, 2021 and nearly 70% of the population has been fully vaccinated (with 2 doses).
The stamp on the top left (500 COP, print run: 40,000), issued on July 27, 2024, commemorates 100 years of presence of the Jesuits (Society of Jesus), a male Catholic congregation founded by Saint Ignatius of Loyola in 1539, in the country.
The Saint Joseph Chapel, located in the San José farm, in Alto de los Padres, acquired in 1909 by Jesuit Father Zoilo Arjona, is depicted in the background on this stamp as well as a coffee plant, symbolizing the important agricultural contribution of the Jesuits in the country. A stained glass window (Temple of the Sacred Heart) depicting Saint Ignatius of Loyola is also featured on this stamp. 

Les 2 timbres se-tenant (2000 COP) font partie d'un bloc-feuillet (4 timbres différents, tirage : 30000) émis le 18 décembre 2023 pour célébrer le 50ème anniversaire de l'établissement de relations diplomatiques entre la Colombie et la Barbade. Les 2 pays ont établi officiellement ces relations le 1er février 1972.
Ces 2 timbres illustrent respectivement la grotte de Harrison (mentionnée pour la première fois en 1795, redécouverte dans les années 1970), une attraction touristique de la Barbade qui se visite à bord d'un petit tramway, et la mine de sel de Nemocón en Colombie. À 80 mètres sous terre, les voyageurs parcourent 1600 mètres de galeries dont on a extrait, entre 1816 et 1968, 8 millions de tonnes de sel. Les 28 miroirs de saumure dans lesquels on dissolvait les roches de sel sont frappants, car ils produisent un effet optique impressionnant.
Les 2 derniers timbres identiques ci-dessus (1000 COP, tirage : 60000), émis le 19 octobre 2024, sont consacrés au 50ème anniversaire du théâtre Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, situé à Bogota. Il a été fondé en 1940 sous le nom de Teatro Colombia avant de prendre son nom actuel en 1973, dans une édifice de style Art Déco.
Jorge Eliécer Gaitán (1898-1948) était un homme politique colombien issu de la classe moyenne et très populaire en son temps. Maire de Bogota et ministre, il a été l'un des premiers en Colombie à parler de politique sociale, souhaitant notamment démocratiser la culture, nationaliser l'enseignement et améliorer les conditions de travail des ouvriers.
The two se-tenant stamps (2,000 COP) are part of a souvenir sheet (4 different stamps, print run: 30,000) issued on December 18, 2023 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Colombia and Barbados. The two countries officially established these relations on February 1, 1972.
These two stamps illustrate respectively Harrison's Cave (first mentioned in 1795, rediscovered in the 1970s), a tourist attraction in Barbados that can be visited aboard a small tram, and the Nemocón Salt Mine in Colombia. 80 meters underground, visitors travel through 1,600 meters of galleries from which, between 1816 and 1968, 8 million tons of salt were extracted. The 28 brine mirrors in which the salt rocks were dissolved are striking, as they produce an impressive optical effect.
The last two identical stamps above (1,000 COP, print run: 60,000), issued on October 19, 2024, are dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Jorge Eliécer Gaitán Theater, located in Bogota. It was founded in 1940 under the name Teatro Colombia before taking its current name in 1973, in an Art Deco building.
Jorge Eliécer Gaitán (1898-1948) was a Colombian politician from the middle class and very popular in his time. Mayor of Bogota and minister, he was one of the first in Colombia to talk about social policy, wishing in particular to democratize culture, nationalize education and improve the working conditions of workers. 

"Ishembay Abdraimov Aviation Institute, 50th Anniversary" stamp set on FDC from Kyrgyzstan (KEP)

Série "Institut d'aviation Ishembay Abdraimov - 50ème anniversaire" sur FDC du Kirghizstan (KEP)

Le 30 avril 2024, la Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP), le 2ème opérateur postal désigné (l'autre étant la poste kirghize) du Kirghizstan, a mis en circulation une série de 2 timbres (avec millésime 2023) consacrée au 50ème anniversaire de l'Institut d'aviation kirghize Ishembay Abdraimov.
Ces 2 timbres (tirage : 10500 chacun) figurent sur le FDC officiel ci-dessous (tirage : 400) envoyé en recommandé depuis Bichkek, la capitale. 
Le premier timbre (150 KGS) représente un portrait du fondateur de l'établissement d'enseignement supérieur de l'aviation de la République kirghize, Ishembay Abdraimov (1914-2001), sur fond de l'entrée centrale du bâtiment de l'institut. 
Ishembay Abdraimov était le premier aviateur kirghize, l'initiateur et l'organisateur de l'aviation civile au Kirghizistan. En 1966, il est devenu le premier titulaire du titre honorifique de "pilote honoré de l'URSS" avec le badge n° 000001. 
On April 30, 2024, the Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP), the 2nd designated postal operator (the other being Kyrgyz Post) of Kyrgyzstan, released a set of two stamps (with year of issue 2023) dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Ishembay Abdraimov Kyrgyz Aviation Institute.
These two stamps (print run: 10,500 each) are present on the official FDC below (print run: 400) sent by registered mail from Bishkek, the capital.
The first stamp (150 KGS) depicts a portrait of the founder of the Kyrgyz Republic's Higher Aviation Educational Institution, Ishembay Abdraimov (1914-2001), with the central entrance of the institute building in the background.
Ishembay Abdraimov was the first Kyrgyz aviator, the initiator and organizer of civil aviation in Kyrgyzstan. In 1966 he became the first holder of the honorary title "Honored Pilot of the USSR" with badge No. 000001.

En 1973, Ishembay Abdraimov a participé à l'ouverture de l'École technique d'aviation civile Frunze dans la capitale du Kirghizistan, qui est devenue plus tard l'Institut d'aviation kirghize Ishembay Abdraimov. En 1994, Ishembay Abdraimov a reçu la médaille d'or de l'Organisation de l'aviation civile internationale OACI. 
L'autre timbre (300 KGS) représente un Boeing 737-484. Les avions de cette classe sont utilisés par les compagnies aériennes au Kirghizistan.
In 1973, Ishembay Abdraimov participated in the opening of the Frunze Civil Aviation Technical School in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, which later became the Ishembay Abdraimov Kyrgyz Aviation Institute. In 1994, Ishembay Abdraimov was awarded the Gold Medal of the International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO.
The other stamp (300 KGS) depicts a Boeing 737-484. Aircraft of this class are used by airlines in Kyrgyzstan.

Ces 2 timbres, conçus par Daria Maier et imprimés en Moldavie par Nova Imprim, ont été imprimés chacun en feuillet composé de 5 timbres + 1 vignette (voir ci-dessus) illustrant respectivement un avion Yak-40 (terrain d'entraînement KAI) et un avion BRM Aero Bristell NG 5 (centre de formation aéronautique Bishkek Wings).
Un bloc-feuillet (tirage : 3000) incluant les 2 timbres de cette série, a également été mis en circulation, avec 2 vignettes représentant un avion AN-2 et un hélicoptère Mi-24, stationnés sur le terrain de cet Institut d'aviation Ishembay Abdraimov.
These two stamps, designed by Daria Maier and printed in Moldova by Nova Imprim, were each printed in a sheetlet composed of 5 stamps + 1 label (see above) illustrating respectively a Yak-40 aircraft (KAI training ground) and a BRM Aero Bristell NG 5 aircraft (Bishkek Wings aviation training center).
A souvenir sheet (print run: 3,000) including the two stamps of this series, was also put into circulation, with two labels representing an AN-2 aircraft and a Mi-24 helicopter, parked on the grounds of this Ishembay Abdraimov Aviation Institute.
