"30 years of diplomatic relations" joint stamp with Kazakhstan, on FDC from Morocco

With a two-year delay, the postal administrations of Kazakhstan and Morocco put into circulation in 2024 (in scattered order, on September 30 in Kazakhstan and December 25 in Morocco), a joint stamp on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries (May 26, 1992).
The Moroccan version of this joint stamp (9.80 MAD), designed by the Moroccan artist Faissal Ben Kiran and printed in a sheetlet of 10 stamps, is present on the official numbered first day cover below, sent on August 27, 2025 from Meknes. Thank you very much, Pierre!
This stamp, including the flags of the two countries, illustrates a facet of the intangible heritage specific to both countries. These are traditional drinks, camel milk on the Moroccan side and koumis, fermented mare's milk on the Kazakh side.

Dates are also depicted next to the container of camel milk. In Morocco, during official ceremonies, as a welcome, the host often presents his guests with a glass of fermented milk with mejhoul dates.
A bowl of koumiss, a slightly alcoholic drink, is also traditionally offered to guests in most Central Asian countries.
It should be noted that Morocco and Kazakhstan signed a visa exemption agreement in 2024, aimed at strengthening diplomatic, economic and cultural ties between the two nations.

"Solidarity with Gaza" joint Arab stamp on FDC from Morocco

As part of a joint initiative of Arab postal operators (of member countries of the Arab League), decided during the 27th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Communications and Information, held on January 18, 2024 in Abu Dhabi, the issue of a unified Arab stamp was enacted, in solidarity with Gaza.
Since October 7, 2023 and the despicable attacks and hostage-taking by Hamas against Israel, the Hebrew state has been carrying out a crackdown on the terrorist group in the Gaza Strip, including the destruction of civilian structures and the death of thousands of Palestinians, including women and children.
Most of the participating postal administrations (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Qatar, Jordan, Syria, Oman, Djibouti, Libya) put this joint stamp into circulation on November 29, 2024, the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People (United Nations resolution adopted in 1977).
Among the various projects proposed by the Arab postal administrations, the one created by Maram Hilal Salim Al Mazahra for the Jordanian Post was chosen.

This stamp shows a little boy living in Gaza, wearing the classic Palestinian keffiyeh, looking through a hole in a wall. A glimmer of hope can be seen shining through this tiny hole, amidst the destruction and devastation in Gaza, with the Palestinian flag and three white doves symbolizing peace.
The emblem of the Arab League (22 member states) is also present on this stamp, at the top left.

The Moroccan version of this stamp (9.80 MAD), printed in a sheet of 10, is present on the official numbered first day cover above, sent on August 27, 2025, from Meknes. Thank you very much, Pierre!
The Dome of the Rock, depicted on the envelope, is a sanctuary erected at the end of the 7th century on the orders of Caliph Abd al-Malik on the Temple Mount in the Old City of Jerusalem. This site is the third holiest in Islam and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

"150 years of the UPU 1874-2024" stamp on FDC from Morocco

In 2024, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) celebrated its 150th anniversary. On October 9, 1874, 22 countries gathered to sign the Treaty of Bern, creating the General Postal Union, which would later become known as the Universal Postal Union (from 1878).
150 years later, the UPU now unites the postal networks of 192 member countries, having realized its founders' vision of establishing a single postal territory to serve people everywhere.
The UPU's theme for its 150th year, "150 years of enabling communication and empowering peoples across nations", recognizes this accomplishment, and reinforces its commitment to serve peoples for the decades and centuries to come.
Throughout 2024, the UPU organized a series of events and campaigns in celebration of its rich past, dedicated present and promising future, in particular using the hashtag #UPU150 on social media.

The UPU, a specialized agency of the United Nations (since 1947) headquartered in Bern, Switzerland, is the second oldest international organization after the International Telecommunications Union, and constitutes the main forum for cooperation between global postal sector players.
On October 9, 2024, World Post Day, the Moroccan Post Barid Al-Maghrib, issued a stamp commemorating the 150th anniversary of the UPU.

This stamp (9.80 MAD, print run: 50,000, design: Said Azarkan), printed in a sheetlet of 10, is present on the official numbered First Day Cover above, sent on October 21, 2024, from Meknes. Thank you very much, Pierre!
The official logo for this 150th anniversary, created by the UPU (by Sonja Denovski), is discreetly reproduced in the lower left corner of the stamp. It depicts the UPU headquarters in Bern on the left and the main post office in Casablanca on the right, built in 1920, the year Morocco joined the UPU (at the time, Morocco was a Franco-Spanish protectorate).
This Central Post Office in Casablanca, designed by architect Adrien Laforgue between 1918 and 1920, is an emblem of the city. This Neo-Moorish style building harmoniously blends traditional Moroccan elements with Western influences. More than just a post office, it symbolizes the spirit of modernity that shaped Casablanca at the beginning of the 20th century.

"Historical Relationship with Morocco" joint s/s on cover from the United Arab Emirates

Morocco was the first country to support the establishment of the United Arab Emirates in 1971. Since then, the two countries have maintained very close political and economic ties.
This has been clearly reflected in the UAE's consistent stance on Morocco's national causes, foremost among them its unwavering support for the Kingdom's sovereignty over its southern provinces.

Economically, this partnership is strengthened by increasing Emirati investment in key sectors in Morocco, including infrastructure, energy, real estate, and tourism. Morocco is considered one of the most attractive destinations for Emirati investment in Africa, thanks to its political stability, strategic geographic location, and the economic reforms spearheaded by King Mohammed VI.
At the regional and international levels, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates share similar positions on many sensitive issues, whether it be security in the Sahel and Sahara region, the future of the Palestinian cause, or efforts to pacify conflict zones.

In the wake of these unwavering relations of friendship and fraternity between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United Arab Emirates, Barid Al-Maghrib and Emirates Post released, on November 13, 2024, a beautiful joint set (1 stamp + 1 souvenir sheet) entitled "Historical Relationship between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United Arab Emirates".
The Emirati version of this joint stamp and (imperforate) souvenir sheet (3 AED and 5 AED) has been used on the cover above, sent on October 21, 2025, from Dubai. Thank you very much, Mohamed!
A symbol combining the green star of the Moroccan flag and the Emirati falcon appears in the center of this souvenir sheet, also including the flags of the two countries and two recent mosques, emblematic of both countries.
On the left, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the largest mosque in the United Arab Emirates, built between 1995 and 2007 in Abu Dhabi. It is designed in a traditional Islamic architectural style, with its composition of columns and arches topped by domes (including the largest mosque dome in the world).

On the right, the Hassan II Mosque, built between 1986 and 1993 in Casablanca, on the Atlantic Ocean. The Hassan II Mosque is one of the largest mosques in the world and its minaret was the tallest in the world (210 meters), before the construction of the Djamaa el Djazaïr Mosque in Algiers.
The third stamp (1 AED) above was issued on December 2, 2021, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the United Arab Emirates. This stamp depicts, unless I am mistaken, the current emirs and crown princes of the seven emirates that make up the country: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Euromed Postal 2025 (Resources of the Mediterranean) stamp on FDC from Morocco

The Moroccan Post Barid Al-Maghrib has been participating in these Euromed Postal stamp issues since 2014 and put into circulation, on June 14, 2025, a new Euromed Postal stamp including the Euromed Postal logo (a stylized falcon), dedicated to the theme of Resources of the Mediterranean this year.
I was lucky enough to receive the nice official numbered FDC below concerning this stamp (9.80 MAD - rate for a shipment up to 20g to Europe), sent on August 27, 2025 from Meknes. Thank you very much Pierre!
Since 2014, some member countries (currently 23 in total) of the Postal Union for the Mediterranean (PUMed), a restricted union of the UPU, are indeed issuing each year stamps devoted to a common theme related to the Mediterranean region.
This Postal Union for the Mediterranean, created in 2011, is currently including 21 postal operators of Mediterranean countries (Albania, Algeria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Monaco, Montenegro, Slovenia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey) as well as Portugal and Mauritania.

This stamp (print run: 50,000), printed in Morocco by Dar As-Sikkah in a sheetlet of 10 stamps, was designed based on a painting by the artist Abdeslam El Amrani, depicting Cape Three Forks ("Cap des Trois Fourches" in French).
Cape Three Forks is a spectacular natural promontory that juts out some 20 kilometers into the Mediterranean Sea, near the city of Nador (located on the northern coast of the country, 60 km from the Algerian border).
Designated a Ramsar site of international importance, it is distinguished by its steep cliffs, pristine beaches, and exceptional biodiversity. It also provides important ecosystem services and is a major site of interest for research, culture, and recreation.
The inhabitants of Cape Three Forks, primarily those of the village of Tibouda, live mainly off natural resources. Fishing, agriculture, and livestock farming provide their livelihoods.

"Airports - 50 years of diplomatic relations" joint stamp set with the Philippines, on FDC from Morocco

Diplomatic relations between Morocco and the Philippines were officially established on December 27, 1975. Morocco has an embassy in Manila, and the Philippines has an embassy in Rabat.
It should be noted that the Philippine embassy in Rabat was closed in March 1986, following the inauguration of President Corazon Aquino, just after the People's Revolution and the overthrow of the regime of Ferdinand Marcos, whose family was close to King Hassan II and held Moroccan passports...
Relations between the two countries subsequently calmed, and cooperation was established in various fields (economy, education, tourism, etc.).
Also noteworthy is the presence of a Filipino community in Morocco, estimated at 4,300 people, the largest on the African continent.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of these diplomatic relations, the postal administrations of the two countries put into circulation, on April 28, 2025 (Philippines) and May 30, 2025 (Morocco), an interesting joint series (2 stamps) dedicated to the emblematic airport architecture of each country.

The Moroccan version of this joint series (print run: 5,000 pairs) was used on the numbered FDC above, sent on August 27, 2025, from Meknes. Thank you very much, Pierre!
I really love the official logo created for this 50th anniversary, featured on the envelope, combining the Atlas lion (extinct in the wild) and the Philippine eagle, an endemic raptor species, symbol of the country, and critically endangered.
The stamp on the left (MAD 4.10) showcases the magnificent architectural style of Terminal 2 of Mactan-Cebu International Airport. It features a unique wave-shaped roof structure, inspired by traditional Filipino "bangka" (canoes), supported by large glulam wood arches.
This airport is located 600 kilometers south of Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport and serves as a central hub in the Philippine air transport network. Its appeal lies in its prime location, just a 3-4 hour flight from 14 Asia-Pacific cities.
The other stamp (MAD 9.80) is dedicated to Marrakech-Menara International Airport, showcasing its architecture, which combines modern design with traditional Moroccan elements, such as Islamic arabesques and a high, sweeping roof.
It is the second largest Moroccan airport after Casablanca's Mohammed V Airport, handling approximately 5 million passengers annually.

"Connections and shared cultural heritage" joint stamp set with Morocco, on FDC from Oman

Merci beaucoup Hussain !
On February 13, 2024, the Moroccan Post "Barid Al-Maghrib" and the Oman Post put into circulation in Muscat, on the sidelines of the Arab Postal Leaders Forum, a joint issue (2 stamps + 1 souvenir sheet) celebrating the deep fraternal ties and common cultural history that unite the two friendly countries, the Kingdom of Morocco and the Sultanate of Oman.
With its spectacular design, this issue embodies the essential common elements to the Kingdom of Morocco and the Sultanate of Oman. The idea of this issue also revolves around highlighting the first place where the sun rises in the Arab world in the Sultanate of Oman, Ras Al Hadd, and the last place where the sun sets in the Kingdom of Morocco, in Guerguerat.
The Omani version of this joint series (two se-tenant stamps, 0.50 OMR each), printed in a single sheetlet of 8 stamps (4 pairs) is present on the official FDC below. Thank you very much Hussain!

This joint issue highlights the most important cultural monuments of the two countries. These include the main gate of the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Muscat, the historic Sohar ship, the sunrise view at Ras Al Hadd (a village considered the easternmost point of Oman), as well as as the ancient castle of Sohar and the Royal Opera House in Muscat, on the stamp on the right.
The other stamp features the sunset on the westernmost point of Morocco, the locality of Guerguerat, located in the extreme southwest of Western Sahara (territory under Moroccan control), at the border with Mauritania. This stamp shows in particular the Al-Khair mosque inaugurated in March 2023.

"30 years of diplomatic relations" joint stamp with Morocco, on cover from Kazakhstan

With a two-year delay, the postal administrations of Kazakhstan and Morocco put into circulation in 2024 (in scattered order, on September 30 and December 25), a joint stamp on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries (May 26, 1992).
The Kazakh version of this joint stamp (600 KZT, print run: 10,000), designed by Moroccan artist Faissal Ben Kiran and printed in a sheetlet of 8 stamps, was used on the cover below sent on October 23, 2024 from the city of Petropavl (north of the country). Thank you very much Sergey!

Sergey used two other identical stamps (100 KZT, print run: 3,000,000, design: I. Ongarbai) from a series issued in 2023, illustrating endangered insects included in the Red Book of Kazakhstan, Phyllorgerius jacobsoni here.
A relict species of ancient fauna, probably preserved since the Neogene in the mountains of the northern Tien Shan, this insect is protected on the territory of Kazakhstan.
It should be noted that Morocco and Kazakhstan signed a visa exemption agreement in 2024, aimed at strengthening diplomatic, economic and cultural ties between the two nations.

Euromed Postal 2024 (Sports in the Mediterranean) stamp on FDC from Morocco

The Moroccan Post Barid Al-Maghrib has been participating in these Euromed Postal stamp issues since 2014 and put into circulation, on July 8, 2024, a new Euromed Postal stamp including the Euromed Postal logo (a stylized falcon), dedicated to the theme of Sports in the Mediterranean this year.
I was lucky enough to receive the nice official numbered FDC below concerning this stamp (9.80 MAD - rate for a shipment up to 20g to Europe), sent on September 24, 2024 from Meknes.

This stamp, printed (in Morocco by Dar As-Sikkah) in a sheetlet of 10 stamps, was designed from a work of art painted by Abdeslam Bouzourhoun, illustrating the sporting discipline of long-distance running in athletics, in which Morocco has distinguished itself several times in a spectacular way internationally, in particular during the Olympic Games.
In the foreground on the left, we can see an athlete wearing the colors (red and green) of Morocco.
Since its first participation in the Olympic Games in 1960, Morocco has indeed won 8 gold medals, all in athletics, thanks to world-renowned athletes such as Hicham El Guerrouj, Soufiane El Bakkali, Saïd Aouita or Nawal El Moutawakel.
Even more spectacular, among the Morocco's 26 Olympic medals, 21 have been won in athletics events!

“Folk Art” joint stamp set with Morocco, on FDC from Romania

In the wake of the commemoration in 2022 of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Romania, Barid Al-Maghrib and Romfilatelia put into circulation, on May 21, 2024, a beautiful joint issue (2 stamps) symbolizing the historical ties and friendship between the two countries, particularly dedicated to folk art, through traditional female costumes and ceramic and porcelain objects.
The Romanian version of this joint set, designed by Faissal Ben Kiran, was used on the FDC below with postmarks from Bucharest. Thank you very much Mihnea!
These two stamps (total print run: 15,988) were each printed in sheets of 28 stamps as well as in sheetlets composed of 7 stamps + 2 labels.
The stamp on the left (4 L) is dedicated to the traditional blouse from Vâlcea and a pottery object from Horezu, both included by UNESCO on the list of intangible cultural heritage.
The traditional costume of Vâlcea is one of the most refined and varied in Romania. In specialist literature, this garment is described as spectacular, impressive both for the decoration which extends over the entire surface of the sleeves, on the chest, neck and back, and for the fabric used.

Horezu ceramics are distinguished by the elegance and beauty of their shapes. Horezu ceramic craftsmen are famous all over the world. Their know-how in combining decoration and color determines the personality and unique character of these pieces. The colors are bright shades of brown, red, green, blue and what is called "Horezu yellow". Perhaps the most famous motif is the rooster, which has become the trademark of this ceramic.
The other stamp (10 L) illustrates a "Khrib" kaftan and a porcelain object typical of the city of Fez in Morocco.
Brocade, the raw material of the kaftan, is one of the most remarkable fabrics made by Moroccan artisans. Its complex, polychrome relief patterns are very close to embroidery. ''Khrib'' means ''ruin'' because this brocade was so expensive that it ruined families' wallets.
As for Moroccan decorative ceramics, it was of quality: considered one of the most refined Moroccan productions, it figured prominently among royal gifts.
There are two varieties of ceramic painted on enamel: monochrome, generally blue, and polychrome in tones of blue, brown, green and yellow. We notice in the old creations a decoration of great purity, often including trees.

Merci beaucoup Pierre !
This joint souvenir sheet (unknown author and print run), composed of two stamps, was used on the cover below, with First Day cancellation of February 14, 2024 (instead of February 13, 2024?), sent on April 19, 2024 from the city of Meknes. Thank you very much Pierre!

This joint issue highlights the most important cultural monuments of the two countries. These include the main gate of the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Muscat, the historic Sohar ship, the sunrise view at Ras Al Hadd (a village considered the easternmost point of Oman), as well as as the ancient castle of Sohar and the Royal Opera House in Muscat, on the stamp on the right (4.10 dirhams).
The other stamp (9.80 dirhams) evokes the sunset on the westernmost point of Morocco, the locality of Guerguerat, located in the extreme southwest of Western Sahara (territory under Moroccan control), at the border with Mauritania. This stamp shows in particular the Al-Khair mosque inaugurated in March 2023.

These two stamps have also been printed in the same sheetlet made up of 8 stamps (4 pairs) such as the pair used on the official numbered (No. 1141) FDC above.
The flags of the two countries are represented on the envelope as well as the silhouettes of emblematic monuments: Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Al-Riyam Park and its giant ornamental incense burner, the Hassan Tower and the Mohammed V mausoleum in Rabat.

"Inauguration of the PAPU tower" joint stamp on FDC from Morocco

On September 2, 2023, in the presence of the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Samia Suluhu Hassan, the tower housing the new headquarters of the Pan African Postal Union (PAPU) was officially inaugurated, after almost 4 years of work.
PAPU (currently 45 member states), a specialized institution of the African Union, was created in 1980 with its headquarters in Arusha, Tanzania. Its main objective is the coordination of postal service development activities in Africa.
On the occasion of the inauguration of this PAPU tower (construction partly financed by China), actually composed of two buildings, one of which has 17 floors, certain African postal administrations put into circulation a joint stamp representing this tower.

Unless I'm mistaken, 13 countries (Tanzania, Algeria, Senegal, Nigeria, Egypt, Morocco, Zimbabwe, Burundi, Central African Republic, Guinea, Niger, Sierra Leone, Togo) have issued this joint stamp (sometimes available in souvenir sheets), also including a monument or symbol of each of these countries.
On November 21, 2023, the Moroccan Post Barid Al-Maghrib issued this joint stamp (9.80 dirhams, design: Saïd Azarkan), present on the official FDC above, sent on April 18, 2024 from Meknes. Thank you very much Pierre!
The PAPU emblem appears at the top left on this stamp (as well as on the postmark and the envelope), the PAPU tower being featured on the left, the Hassan Tower, emblematic monument of the city of Rabat, on the right.
The Hassan Tower constitutes the minaret of an unfinished mosque dating from the 12th century, initiated by Sultan Yaacoub El Mansour of the Almohad dynasty.
To note that 1% of the face value of all sales of stamps from this joint issue is donated to PAPU.

"International Conference on UNESCO Global Geoparks" stamp on FDC from Morocco

Morocco organized the 10th International Conference on UNESCO Global Geoparks, from September 7 to 9, 2023 in Marrakech and from September 10 to 11, 2023 in the M'Goun Geopark, the first geopark in Morocco, Africa and of the Arab world, located in the middle of the central High Atlas range.
UNESCO Global Geoparks are single, unified geographical areas where sites and landscapes of international geological significance are managed with a holistic concept of protection, education and sustainable development.

Their bottom-up approach of combining conservation with sustainable development while involving local communities is becoming increasingly popular. At present, there are 195 UNESCO Global Geoparks in 48 countries.

On September 11, 2023, the Moroccan Post Barid Al-Maghrib put into circulation a stamp (9.80 dirhams, design: Noureddine Noury) dedicated to this 10th International Conference on UNESCO Global Geoparks, present on this official First Day (numbered) envelope sent on September 21, 2023 from the city of Meknes. Thank you very much Pierre!
The geological history of the territory of the M'Goun UNESCO Global Geopark fits into the geological evolution of the central High Atlas dating back to the Triassic period, 250 million years ago, while the main stages took place during the Jurassic period, about 180 million years ago.
The Geopark includes in particular famous and spectacular footprints of sauropod and theropod dinosaurs and many deposits of bones. The territory contains numerous minerals: Copper, zinc, barite, iron, basalt, limestone and dolomitic Triassic red clays. The M'Goun Geopark consists of a large number of geosites and geological sites showing several large tectonic structures of the Atlas Mountains that sculpt the landscape, in particular the impressive Ouzoud waterfalls (110 meter drop) depicted on this stamp.

Euromed Postal 2023 (Mediterranean Festivals) stamp on FDC from Morocco

The Moroccan Post Barid Al-Maghrib has been participating in these Euromed Postal stamp issues since 2014 and put into circulation, on July 10, 2023, a new Euromed Postal stamp including the Euromed Postal logo (a stylized falcon), dedicated to the theme of Mediterranean Festivals this year.
I was lucky enough to receive the pretty official numbered FDC below about this stamp ("I20g" rate for sending a letter up to 20g to Europe - 9.80 dirhams), sent on September 18, 2023 from Meknes.

This stamp (print run: 50,000), printed (in Morocco by Dar As-Sikkah) in a sheetlet of 10 stamps, was designed by Abdelkrim Ouazzani Thami from a promotional poster of an old edition of the Tetouan Mediterranean Film Festival, the 28th edition of which took place in March 2023.
Tetouan, located on the northern Mediterranean coast of the country, is considered "the most Andalusian city in Morocco".
To note that this same city of Tetouan was already in the spotlight on the Euromed Postal stamp issued in 2022 (theme: antique cities of the Mediterranean).
This poster evokes cinema in a fairly subtle way through tools drawn in a symbolic way such as cinematograph, reel, film and headphones, combining the informative and communicational action of the support and the artistic talent of the visual artist, notably via the figure of the head-camera-man.

Unless I am mistaken, 13 countries have so far issued "Euromed Postal" stamps in 2023.

"Bayt Mal Al Quds Acharif Agency - 25th anniversary" stamp on FDC from Morocco

On March 23, 2023, the Moroccan Post Barid Al-Maghrib put into circulation a stamp (9 dirhams, printed in Morocco by Dar As-Sikkah) dedicated to the silver jubilee (25th anniversary) of the Bayt Mal Al Quds Acharif Agency.
The Bayt Mal Al Quds Acharif Agency (BMAQ), based in Rabat and created in 1998, is an agency whose mission is to preserve the cultural and historical heritage of the holy city of Al Quds (Jerusalem) and to support the populations. This Agency reports to the Al Quds Committee, chaired by the King of Morocco, Mohammed VI.
The Agency is active in several areas such as the renovation and restoration of historic buildings, the development of public spaces, the protection of archaeological sites and the promotion of cultural tourism in the city of Al Quds.
It is also involved in human, economic and social development projects aimed at improving the living conditions of the Palestinian population of the city.

As a reminder, Jerusalem is today the de facto capital of Israel and, for the eastern part, the proclaimed and claimed capital of the State of Palestine.
At the start of 2023, the Agency announced that it had received a total of 65 million dollars in donations during its 25 years of existence: 22.3 million in donations from States (of which Morocco is the main contributor at 75%), 27.1 million from institutional donations and 15.5 million from individuals.
I was lucky enough to receive the nice official numbered FDC above with this stamp, sent on April 27, 2023 from the city of Meknes. Thank you very much Pierre!
This stamp (print run: 50,000), designed by Mohammed El Ouanti, illustrates a superposition of the religious symbols of the city of Al Quds, the Dome of the Rock and Al-Aqsa mosque. The Palestinian flag as well as doves of peace are also represented, the official logo of the 25th anniversary of this Agency being discreetly present at the top left.
