Sergio a eu la gentillesse de m'envoyer cette fois cette splendide lettre postée le 10/10/10 à 10h00 du bureau n°12 de Chişinău (il n'existe pas de bureau portant le n°10...). Merci beaucoup !
Intéressant de retrouver donc cette mention "10101010" sur le timbre à date manuel à droite :-)

La Moldavie, considérée il y a quelques années comme le "vignoble de l'URSS", a en effet une tradition de la vigne et de la production de vin depuis des siècles.Pour renforcer cette image dans le pays et à l'international, le gouvernement moldave a instauré en 2002 une fête intitulée "Journée nationale du vin" (Sărbătoarea "Ziua naţională a vinului" en moldave).
Cette fête, qui a lieu depuis chaque année le 2ème weekend du mois d'octobre, inclus un festival du vin et de nombreuses manifestations sur la place centrale de Chişinău mais aussi dans le reste du pays. Cette fête a également pour objectif de mieux faire connaître la Moldavie sur la scène internationale en attirant des touristes étrangers qui bénéficient à cette occasion de visas gratuits pour une période de 15 jours pendant ces festivités !
La poste moldave a consacré de nombreux timbres à la vigne, au vin et à cette journée nationale du vin depuis 1991, dont les 2 timbres sur la lettre ci-dessus émis le 7 octobre 2006 (0,60 L) et le 11 octobre 2002 (3,60 L).
A noter la très jolie oblitération spéciale à gauche évoquant les dates de cette fête du vin (les 9 et 10 octobre 2010).
Moldova, considered a few years ago as the "USSR's Vineyard", has indeed a tradition of grape and wine production for centuries.
To reinforce this image nationally and internationally, the Moldovan government has instituted in 2002 a festival entitled "Wine National Day" (Sărbătoarea "Ziua Naţională a Vinului" in Moldovan).
This festival, held every year the second weekend of October since, includes of course a wine festival and also many events taking place on the central square of Chişinău, but also in the rest of the country. This wine festival also aims to introduce Moldova, through an original way, on the international scene by attracting foreign tourists who enjoy at this occasion the opportunity of getting free visas for a period of 15 days during these festivities !
The Moldovan Post has devoted many stamps to vineyard, wine and this Wine National Day since 1991, including the two stamps on this cover above issued on October 7, 2006 (L 0.60) and October 11, 2002 (L 3.60).
To note the beautiful special cancellation on the left evoking the dates of this wine festival (9 and 10 October 2010).
