Timbre "Personnalités illustres - Hans Christian Andersen" sur FDC du Kirghizstan (KEP)
Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875) est un romancier, dramaturge, conteur et poète danois, célèbre pour ses nouvelles et ses contes de fées.
Comme elle le fait pratiquement chaque année, la Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP),
le 2ème opérateur postal désigné du Kirghizstan, a mis en circulation,
le 29 décembre 2025, une intéressante série (4 timbres) consacrée à
différentes personnalités internationales du monde de la culture et des sciences dont un timbre à l'occasion du 150ème anniversaire de la mort de Hans Christian Andersen.

envoyé depuis Bichkek, la capitale du pays, concernant
ce timbre !
Ce timbre (150 KGS, tirage : 6000), conçu par Daria Maier et
imprimé en Moldavie par Nova Imprim, montre un portrait de Hans Christian Andersen ainsi que sa signature.
Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875) was a Danish novelist, playwright, storyteller and poet, famous for his short stories and fairy tales.
As it is the case practically every year, the Kyrgyz Express Post (KEP),
the 2nd designated postal operator of Kyrgyzstan, put into circulation,
on December 29, 2025, an interesting series (4 stamps) dedicated to different international personalities from the world of culture and science, including a stamp commemorating the 150th anniversary of the death of Hans Christian Andersen.

was lucky enough to receive the official FDC below (print run: 300)
sent from Bishkek, the country's capital, concerning this stamp!
This stamp (150 KGS, print run: 6,000), designed by Daria Maier and printed in Moldova by Nova Imprim, features a portrait of Hans Christian Andersen and his signature.
Ses œuvres, parmi lesquelles "Le Vilain Petit Canard", "La Reine des neiges", "La Petite Sirène", "La Petite Fille
aux allumettes", font partie du patrimoine culturel mondial.
Andersen a su allier avec talent la sagesse populaire à un profond humanisme et à une foi inébranlable en la bonté. Ses contes ont été traduits dans des centaines de langues et sont appréciés des enfants et des adultes du monde entier, notamment au Kirghizstan.
Le souvenir de ce grand conteur perdure à travers ses livres, ses pièces de théâtre et ses adaptations cinématographiques.
Le 2 avril, jour de sa naissance, est célébré dans le monde entier comme la Journée internationale du livre pour enfants. En 1956, l'Union internationale pour les livres de jeunesse (IBBY), sous l'égide de l'UNESCO, a créé le prix Hans Christian Andersen en tant que prix littéraire décerné aux auteurs de livres pour enfants exceptionnels.
His works, including "The Ugly Duckling", "The Snow Queen", "The Little Mermaid", "The Little Match Girl", have become part of the world's cultural heritage.
Andersen skillfully combined folk wisdom with deep humanism and faith in goodness. His fairy tales have been translated into hundreds of languages and are beloved by children and adults around the world, including Kyrgyzstan.
The memory of the great storyteller lives on in books, theatrical performances and screen adaptations.
April 2, the writer's birthday, is celebrated worldwide as International Children's Book Day. In 1956, the International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY) under UNESCO established the Hans Christian Andersen Award as a literary prize awarded to outstanding children's book authors.
