New IRC and "UPU Congress" special booklet in Czech Rep.

Always a great pleasure for me to share with you these beautiful covers I regularly receive (thank you very much Bret !) from Czech Republic :)
A new example with this letter below sent by registered mail from Prague on July 24, 2013.
I've already mentioned on this blog the two stamps at the bottom, issued respectively on May 5, 2010 (17 CZK) and September 29, 2010 ('A') devoted to the Prague Castle (exhibition on the art of stamp) and the Postal Museum of Prague.
The two "Art" stamps, issued on June 17, 1998 (23 CZK) and December 11, 2002 (12 CZK), reproduce the works by French painter Paul Gauguin (1848-1903), "The Flight" (1902) kept at the Art Gallery of Prague and by Czech painter Jaroslav Panuška (1872-1958), "The Abandoned" (1901) kept at the modern Art Gallery of Hradec Králové.

The last stamp above to the left (6 CZK), issued on January 20, 2012 (printed with the year "2011"), is part of the definitive series devoted to Czech folk architecture, to a typical timbered house of the village of Vidim (Central Bohemia) here.
Bret was also kind enough to send me the international reply coupon (IRC) below including the name of the country in French ("Rép. Tchèque"), the official language of the UPU, and the Czech flag.
As a reminder, this IRC is replacing the previous model ("Nairobi") whose theme was "The postage stamp, a vehicle for exchange" (designed by graphic artist Rob Van Goor from Luxembourg), to be used until December 31, 2013.
An IRC can be exchanged in all member countries of the UPU (since 1907) for the postage for a priority item sent by air to a foreign country.

The new IRC (model "Doha") was designed by Czech artist and graphic designer Michal Sindelar after a competition organized by the UPU. It can be used from July 1, 2013 and exchangeable until the end of 2017.
All UPU member countries was able to submit a design or illustration and the winning design was chosen during the last UPU Congress in Doha in late 2012.
The theme chosen for the illustration of this new IRC is "Water for Life", 2013 being the UN International Year of water cooperation.
To note that the Czech Post, the postal administration of the winning country, has received, free of charge, 10,000 of the new IRCs...

Bret also sent me this interesting booklet (cover above and inside below) issued in 2008 (exact date ?) by the Czech Telecommunications Office (ČTÚ), regulator of postal service in the country.
The cover above mentioned the international philatelic exhibition "Praga 2008" that took place from 12 to 14 September 2008, as well as the 24th UPU Congress held in Geneva in 2008 (this congress had originally to be held in Nairobi).

This booklet consists of a sheet of 9 identical stamps + 12 coupons devoted to this "Praga 2008" exhibition, to a trumpet, to the Prague Castle and to the 24th UPU Congress.
The stamp (10 CZK, design by Karel Zeman), issued on January 30, 2008, shows a trumpet player sitting on a peacock, itself perched on top of a metal-tipped portal.
