40th anniversary of Philandorre - FDC from Andorra (French Post)

As a reminder, the Principality of Andorra is the only country in the world to benefit from two postal administrations managed by two distinct countries, with the opening of Spanish post offices from 1928 and French ones in 1931.
The two countries began to issue overprinted Spanish and French stamps these years, with the mentions "CORREOS - ANDORRA" and "ANDORRE" before putting into circulation specific stamps with the words "ANDORRA" (from 1929) and "VALLÉES D'ANDORRE" (from 1932).
The mention "Principat d'Andorra" is now included on the stamps issued by the two countries.
The philately in Andorra is therefore singular and it seems logical that a philatelic association, Philandorre, was created (in 1977) to promote and develop Andorran philately, especially by publishing philatelic and postal studies.

On the occasion of the "Salon Philatélique de Printemps" held in Paris from 9 to 11 March 2017, a stamp was issued to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Philandorre.
This pretty engraved stamp (€ 0.85, print run : 70,000) and its attached coupon, appears on the FDC above with cancellation dated of March 9, 2017. Thank you very much Olivier!
The coupon depicts the logo of Philandorre (original work by Apolline Planque), showing the church of Sant Joan de Caselles, one of the most beautiful examples of the exceptional Romanesque heritage in Andorra, with also some squares bearing the colors of the Andorran flag.

That stamp, laid out by Stéphanie Ghinéa, was printed by Phil@poste in the sheet of 10 stamps above, with dated corner of January 13, 2017.
I really like the original layout of that stamp in this sheet, with 5 stamps with labels on the right and 5 stamps with label on the left, and this imposing central vignette also depicting the logo of Philandorre!
That stamp probably shows the greatest variety and rarity in the Andorran postal history.
A first series of 22 stamps (5 different designs) was issued by the French Post on June 16, 1932, including 5 stamps of different colors (10c, 20c, 30c, 40c and 45c) representing the medieval bridge of Sant Antoni.
The 20c stamp was printed with a light rose color but a small number (at least one sheet of 25 stamps) was erroneously printed in an ultramarine blue color (the color assigned to the 40c stamp).
This variety "20c ultramarine blue" is in the spotlight here!
The same series was completed with new nominal values issued until 1943 (57 stamps in total).
