En mars 2020, la Ligue des États arabes (ou Ligue arabe) a célébré son anniversaire de diamant, en commémoration de 75 ans d'action arabe conjointe ayant vu l'indépendance des états arabes, qui étaient sous la colonisation étrangère et leur adhésion à cette organisation régionale incluant aujourd'hui 22 états membres, situés en Afrique du Nord et au Moyen-Orient principalement (+ Somalie, Djibouti et Comores).
Le 22 mars 2020, la poste égyptienne a mis en circulation un timbre (5 £E) consacré à ce 75ème anniversaire de la Ligue arabe, utilisé en 3 exemplaires sur la lettre ci-dessous envoyée le 19 novembre 2020 depuis le Caire (avec TADs additionnels bleus du Centre des services postaux "Pyramides"). In March 2020, the League of Arab States (or Arab League) celebrated its diamond anniversary, in commemoration of 75 years of joint Arab action that saw the independence of Arab states, which were under foreign colonization and their accession to this regional organization now including 22 member states, mainly located in North Africa and the Middle East (+ Somalia, Djibouti and Comoros).
On March 22, 2020, the Egyptian Post put into circulation a stamp (£E 5) dedicated to this 75th anniversary of the Arab League, used in 3 copies on the letter below sent on November 19, 2020 from Cairo (with additional blue postmarks from the "Pyramides" Postal Service Center). Thank you very much Mohamed!  

Ce timbre, conçu par Achraf Zaki (poste égyptienne), représente une composition artistique à partir de l'emblème de la Ligue arabe et du nombre 75. 
A noter que, à ce jour, uniquement 3 autres pays (Liban, Oman, Jordanie) ont également mis en circulation un timbre similaire, les Émirats Arabes Unis ayant aussi émis un timbre sur ce thème mais avec une illustration différente...
L'émission de ce timbre s'inscrit dans le projet de "Mémoire de documentation de la Ligue arabe", visant à documenter une période significative dans l'action arabe conjointe avec ses différentes institutions et impliquant des efforts concertés pour préserver le patrimoine historique de chacun des états membres.
This stamp, designed by Achraf Zaki (Egyptian Post), is featuring an artistic composition made from the emblem of the Arab League and the number 75.
To note that, to date, only 3 other countries (Lebanon, Oman, Jordan) have also put into circulation a similar stamp, the United Arab Emirates having also issued a stamp on this theme but with a different illustration ...
The issue of this stamp is part of the project of "Arab League's Documentation Memory", aimed at documenting a significant period in joint Arab action with its various institutions and involving concerted efforts to preserve the historical heritage of each of the member states.
